Feb 22,2025VERY low prices (like half local) and product which simply doesn't exist - RPM5 Pro 100W (had 3 batteries from OLD RPM5 Pro 80W, which has some issues, but still works fine) this is an upgrade. Ordered 2/17 from CA to FL Received 2/21 The shipping and extra stupid sign fee (thanks GOP) were expensive, but still better product than exists at any nearby smoke shops for less. THANKS... also the Graham Slam juice makes me a human air freshener - it smells really nice

I just want to return my very late (its been a month since ordered) package from usps, im asking for instructions since there is non on the website yet nobody writes back. No phone number as well!

May 25,2024I tried to place an order through the site using SplitIt. My card was QUADRUPLE charged and the order apparently didn't go through. The customer service is ridiculous. How are there three companies involved in a $40 payment and not a single one of them has a working phone number?

May 24,2024Great quality vapes, great pricing, and one of the lower priced shipping charges that I've found. Shipping is a little slow, but the vape products and pricing is worth the extra day or two wait for your order. I recommend vapordna if your shopping for vape equipment online.

May 11,2024My first order with them. Great prices, and a lot of selection. Ordered a pod vape, coils, and juice. Everything arrived new, in good condition, and passed the legitimacy tests on the product brand's website. Everything was great. The pod system started having issues with the battery. Which is super common, has happened to multiple of my systems over the years. I emailed them and they gave me tips which did help, but it later had issues again. I emailed them again and they fixed the situation with no problems. The system is great now. Phillip stayed in contact with me the whole time, and was super kind and helpful. Thank you Phillip! Will definitely be ordering again.

Apr 24,2024I placed an order yesterday, but when I paid, the system prompted me to recheck my bank card number. Then I re-entered it, but the payment still failed. Then I thought there was something wrong with my bank card, so I changed it again. I tried paying my credit card, but it still didn't work. When I checked my bank account today, I found 7 more payments and 2 more payments on my credit card. But I didn't receive any order confirmation number from you. I would like to ask when my money will be returned to my bank account.

Mar 15,2024i have been vaping for years tried everything got into boro devices more than once and i couldnt enjoy any of the devices id tried leaking muted flavor just not good for me i thought i still wanted a billetone box every since it first came out couldnt afford one and doubt i could even get one at the time but even though i have had bad experience with all of them i still had to have one i got it and had to find a tank bridge im in la we have no place to check out devices and no one to talk to about what works . Thats when i relized vapordna was 15 minutes from me and i went to there store talked to the staff also a custermer that was hanging out i learned alot about boro mods the guy hanging out there had five devices on him got my tank got a new device and i am very happy with the set up i got the tycon and the free tank they give you best bang for your buck flavour hi end feel and durable i am a mechanic and i drop my vape way to much and it works perfect and not a scatch on it ty guys im returning next time i need anything there a real vape store with people that vape and know what your asking them about.

Dec 22,2023I'm tired of the shipping problems. I have to pay an extra $10 for signature, yet the post office refuses to walk up to the door, even though I have made it a priority to be home when it's due. I know you don't control the post office but you are legally allowed to offer FedEx or UPS and you don't. My order is always late and I have to drive to town and wait in line at the post office for it. USPS sucks and you need to step up to get us better service options!

I have tried, countless times, to work with customer service to find a resolution; being disregarded every time. They are telling me to contact the post office, which I've done and been redirected back to the seller. Do not order from VaporDNA. Save your time and money and choose another company.
