Mar 07,2025Just want to say from the start of my treatment to the end, the staff were very helpful! I had my consultation at your Manchester clinic first of all, which they were very welcoming! My treatment was at this clinic, & I’m so pleased with the treatment I received. Dr Ananth was so friendly & explained everything well, & Jo was the nurse who put u @ ease & was quite funny as well & Michelle. I would highly recommend. Gina x

Mar 06,2025From the very start of my treatment the staff over the phone at vein centre were very friendly and helpful.Dr Krishnam , Trish and Janet at the Manchester clinic where so welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable and professional The procedure was a little uncomfortable but very bearable and well worth it. I am so happy with the results.

Mar 05,2025Dr Premal Patel and Beverley have looked after me right from the start. Always made me feel at ease even when I was feeling nervous about the treatment. Explaining everything so I knew exactly what to expect. The care they give is brilliant. It really has been the best thing I have done. I have suffered with varicose veins for over twenty five years with a constant dull aching pain, always felt self conscious about them. I would never wear shorts. Now all the dull aches have gone which I didn’t think was possible. Thank you. Clare and Leane receptionists are so lovely and welcoming.

Mar 04,2025Was with a time table to adhere to, so was a bit apprehensive on finding the venue, in Bristol.The venue..tucked away in a lower ground floor/ is approached down stairs..( with personal leg problems does seem rather odd to have this ?)ground level would have been good../ no tumble down those steps/ H/ Safety etc..something a friend remarked about..my observation too.The personal that attended to my appointment were competent, explaining their findings,and advised what could be done towards my condition. If needed. I.my friends, seem to think the price is somewhat quite high.in related to treatment that is being offered..Maybe some people would have a different point of veiw...?.

Mar 01,2025I had my vein treatment 6 weeks ago at the Southampton branch and the service was excellent. No more itchiness or pain. Recently had my follow up appointment and had some more injections to finish everything off, so all good. I was recommended to the veincentre and I will be recommending it to others.

Feb 28,2025Update on the below review. I was called by the customer service team - extremely responsive once the review was published. They were very apologetic and concerned with my disappointment. Great so far..... they arranged for me to see another vein specialist offering a laser consultation, I was advised during the call that after I attend the arranged appointment they would speak to Natalia (consultant) and then call me to discuss a way forward to achieve the desired result. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update as this was almost 3 weeks ago but unfortunately I haven't heard anything since. On the positive side the entire team at Colchester are friendly, polite and helpful. So, on that basis this review of 2 stars is more about the lack of response and being left feeling disregarded. However, Natalia did advise that it was a further £200 per session for the treatment. 16 Dec 2024 Disappointing results Disappointing results, far more costly than the initial quote and lots of changes to their appointments. Would not recommend - sorry! Feb 24,2025I decided I was going to have treatment for my varicose veins and after some research I made a decision to go with the Veincentre. One of the reasons I chose them was because they were the only treatment provider I found who openly advertised their prices with no hidden fees. They also had very good reviews on Trustpilot. My experience with them was a very positive one the staff team were all professional but warm and friendly putting me at ease. At my consultation I had a scan and Dr Ananth Krishna fully explained the cause of my varicose veins and what would be the best treatment plan. When I went back for the procedure both Dr Krishnan and Nurse Trish were amazing. As was Janet the receptionist who greets you with a warm welcome and coffee. I’m very pleased with my results so far and have just had my follow up appointment where Dr Krishnan treated my thread veins. If you are thinking about getting treatment for varicose veins or thread veins I totally recommend the Veincentre you will not be disappointed.

Feb 23,2025I had my vein treatment 5 weeks ago. The service was top class. Looked after me from start to finish. And I have to say it was a breeze to have the treatment. I feel like Ive got 2 new legs. No more pain. No more leg cramps. No itching. They even look better. Well worth the money. Just been back today for my follow up appointment. I had some more foam injected just to finish everything off today. I am totally satisfied. And would 100% recommend the vein centre to anyone.

Feb 22,2025i have suffered for years with ugly painfull veins that stuck out and hurt so i finally pluckedup the courage and went for a for a consultation at the Leicester veinclinique where i had an ultra sound and was told by a very helpfull surgeon called Devaraja and his Nurse John who totally put me at ease and told me what would happen i had the full works laser and Foam injections all i can say was that it was the best thing i could of done as i now have no pain and my legs look fab,i will be wearing a skirt for the first time in years so if your unsure go and have a consultaion i wished id done it years ago!!

Feb 22,2025Hey, I would like to say thank you for the great vein treatment experience in Newcastle Veincenter . I found it to be a painless procedure , thanks to Mark Regi. I can't explain how my legs were, but now my legs looking great with no pain and heaviness . Thanks for amazing job and good results. Overall the team is fantastic very professional ,kind and friendly . I definitely would recommend this guys , they doing amazing job.

Mar 08,2025The medical side of the experience was excellent both in the surgery and the help and advice from the nurses. This was my third visit and only the first time that the computer at reception was on line. I find the billing very confusing and unusually complicated and at times contradictory. It would have been good to be reminded to bring the compression stockings along to the follow up session. Perhaps there should be two sets of stockings right from the beginning so that one does not have to wait for them to dry after washing over the three week period.
