Das Happiness-Team macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – freundlich, kompetent und immer bemüht, die beste Lösung zu finden. Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde wirklich gut aufgehoben! Jan 06,2025Le canapé est magnifique et très confortable. Le côté modulable et lavable sera très pratique. Concernant la livraison en période de fêtes très déçue par le service, DHL Allemagne a fait appel à la poste pour livrer les colis côté français. Les colis sont arrivés en 4 fois. Nous avons dû aller les chercher au centre de tri à 30km de chez nous avec 2 voitures un 31 décembre.

Dec 21,2024Ich liebe mein neues Sofa!!! Nachdem ich mir das Sofa in einem Showroom angesehen und getestet habe, wollte ich genau das in meinem Wohnzimmer haben!! Es sieht nicht nur super kuschelig aus - es ist auch super kuschelig!! Durch den Black Friday kam es zu Lieferverzögerungen, wofür aber vetsak nichts kann. Aber während der Wartezeit hat mich Lana vom Customer Happiness Team ganz lieb beruhigt und mich unterstützt!

Dec 19,2024Fantastische zetel! Ik ga er nog een dekentje bij bestellen. In elkaar steking was heel makkelijk. Enkel de levering in 100 verschillende pakjes was een beetje speciaal, maar het is wel heel vlot verlopen. Dus heb helemaal niets te klagen!

Le service commercial Vetsak est exceptionnel : après avoir passé une commande sans remise, le lendemain une promotion " black friday - 25 % " était en ligne. Un simple message par whatsapp et ils m’ont remboursé la différence de prix. Le sens du commerce existe chez VETSAK.

Nov 08,2024I received my jumbo beanbag after a month of waiting. Because it took this long. I was given a free pillow. Unfortunately, upon opening the packaging of the jumbo beanbag, I immediately realised that it was way too big for my living room (even bigger than I had expected! I did look at the specifications, though). Anyway, the customer service really helped me out returning the jumbo beanbag. I look forward to buying other Vetsak products soon as they are really made of high quality materials and it is made in the European Union, which is also a big plus for me.

Nov 05,2024Das Vetsak Sofa sieht super aus und ist unendlich bequem. Ich bin hochzufrieden. Die Lieferung erfolgte schon nach zwei Wochen. Herzlichen Dank an Kam vom Kundenservice, die super hilfsbereit war, als es Probleme mit der Lieferung von DPD gab. Customer Happiness, so heißt der Support und es ist nicht übertrieben.

Oct 28,2024Vetsak a un service client incroyable ! Je les ai contacté sur WhatsApp pour modifier ma commande car je me suis rendue compte que la taille de mon futur canapé était trop grand. Je leur ai émis mon souhait de modification et ils m’ont aidé à faire les modifications, procédé également à la nouvelle commande et je n’ai plus qu à percevoir mon remboursement partiel vu que j’ai changé les tailles. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre patience.

Oct 23,2024It's worth every penny. With three kids, we have washed the fabric in the machine several times, and the quality stays. We've even rubbed nail polish off the fabric with rubbing alcohol without damaging the fabric. The outdoor sofa has been out for more than a year, and the look and feel are the same. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Kids love it, we love it.

Cuando me llego el sofa, me di cuenta que los asientos me gustaban de mas profundidad y fue contactar con ellos y rapidamente me contestaron y todo fue muy facil de gestionar. Devolucion entrega de nuevo. Muy buen seguimiento e informada en todo momento.

J'ai contacté le service client qui a était réactif et m'a re expédié très rapidement le colis perdu. Je vais enfin pouvoir profiter du canapé qui me faisais de l'oeil depuis un moment
