Communication was excellent both by email and on the phone: polite and easy to understand. It was an affordable option and I will be happy to use the service in future.

Oct 27,2021Skip was well priced, easy to organise. It turned up on the correct day and I had a call from the driver telling me he was on his way. During the contract I needed to extend the term which was done with a simple email and confirmed within a few minutes. The day before removal I had an email confirming it would be collected and it was all done on the correct day.

Oct 26,2021Unhelpful while trying to replace a full skip, while I'll was on site was told I would have to reorder online. After spending time on the phone. This is just a middle man company which cost me over £180 extra than what it cost to go direct with skip company. Do your self a favour don't bother go direct.

Oct 24,2021Everything was very efficient from order to delivery to pick up. The timings were as requested. The only concern was the state of the skip which had a few bits still in it when delivered and it had rusted through in a couple of places.

Sep 24,2021On drop off everything was fine, but when the skip had to be picked up the lorry driver knocked down my front gate fence and just drove off without acknowledgement. The company are also ignoring my complaint and have received nothing.

Sep 21,2021Absolute diabolical company. Quick enough to take your money. Promise the earth but sadly don’t deliver what they say. We finished our project early despite several emails and phone calls still have the skip on our driveway waiting to be collected. We voiced our concerns as neighbours putting items in there that shouldn’t be in there and the level rising more. If we knew what hassle it would be getting the skip collected we would have gone with a local company. The skip is still on our driveway and still waiting to be collected!! Would never use them again
