Aug 03,2021Wrong size skip was delivered so I couldn’t get all the rubbish in the skip. I wanted an 8 yard and got a 6 yard. Didn’t collect on the Friday I requested on Wednesday, so it was on the driveway all weekend which made it difficult for loading the rest of the rubbish into the car to take to the tip, which took several runs on Saturday and Sunday. I was given a partial refund but if I wanted to order a 2 yard skip I would still have been around £70 out of pocket.

Jul 31,2021I have emails several times to change the date for the collection. One replied saying the skip will be collected Monday. It never was. I emailed again to which I got we never received an email, however will let them know to collect it. It never was collected. This is a terrible service.

Jul 29,2021It will not let me rate less than one star. Customer service is an absolute joke. Tjey would rather talk over the top of you than listen to you. Now a full week late to collect the skip and I am tje one chasing them constantly. Go direct to the company for your skip. Atleast that way you will have someone to be responsible for broken promises. Absolute jole Avoid

Jul 27,2021Initially booked for skip to be delivered on 9/7/21. Phoned company to see why skip hadn’t been delivered and was told would that they had changed delivery date to 12/7/21 and had informed me by email. I didn’t receive email as went to spam folder. What’s point in providing a phone number if they can’t even make sure that you’ve been made aware of change of date. Skip was delivered and was due to be collected between 19/7/21 and 22/7/21 at the latest. It is currently 27/7/21 and the skip is still sitting on my driveway whilst I have to park 3rd car on the road. I’ve sent numerous messages but they blame other companies they use. Was told would be collected 26/7/21 which didn’t happen and now being told 28/7/21. I won’t hold my breath

Jul 24,2021I paid for 2 weeks skip hire. I chased my skip on the day of delivery only to be told it wasn’t going to be delivered for another three days. If I hadn’t got in contact, no one would have contacted me about it. When I did speak to someone they then offered to extend my pick up date out by three days. On the basis that is paid for 2 weeks hire of course they should extend it! Very poor and my project timelines suffered as a result

Jul 23,2021Wrong skip delivered. Couldn’t get hold of anyone at wastonline after 5 pm Friday Send lots of emails. Online chat was “offline” Poor customer services. I was asked to give evidence of the size of the skip. Waste online clearly don’t have their own skip business and just sub contract everything. No controls, poor customer service, would never use these cowboys again.
