Jul 12,2021The skip arrived two days late of which was after me having to e-mail WastOnline to ask them where is the skip. Their replying e-mail said that the skip will now have to be delivered the next day and still didn't arrive until the day after that. The driver explained to me about their business and so I did mention to him that I needed it for two weeks and he said that will be ok and so I thought no more about it. And so the skip was picked up on the date of my contract which was a little disappointing to me as I was still digging out for a small wall. If I had the skip for the full duration of two weeks I would of been so glad?

Jun 19,2021Arranged for a skip over a week ago. Received multiple text/emails to confirm skip would arrive between 7:30 - 17:30 on 18th June. Money taken immediately but no skip has arrived and no contact has been made with an explanation. Struggling to make contact with this company so now I'm currently sat with debris from a demolished single garage, all over my driveway, wondering if a skip will turn up. Then I will have to fill myself as the help I arranged for yesterday is not available this weekend.

I would only want it to be more accurate on what max size skip can be delivered to my house based on access as now delivered relatively small skip which did not fit all waste. I think the next size up skip would have fitted just fine, but it was not checked with my supplied photos and measurements to confirm that. As a result, one more semi-loaded will be required.

Jul 20,2021Poor service - skip was supposed to be delivered today, ready for use. It hasn't come - no way to contact them as their live chat stops at 12pm on a Tuesday. And now at 5pm I get an email with an updated invoice saying delivery is on the 22nd - 2 days after my booking. Use these guys if you want to have rubbish sitting around for days.
