Had great customer service with friendly staff, as the site has a tricky incline to the back of the house, was given a time slot for delivery and collection, so I could be present at both. Will be using again in the future.

Sep 07,2021Excellent communication throughout. I used their ‘webchat’ to determine the skip sizes, which was really helpful (because who knows how big 6 yards is these days?!) Skip was delivered bang on 7:30am by a driver who went above and beyond to ensure the skip went where I needed it. I was running late, but the driver called me and all was sorted over the phone- he even took down a garden pagola to get it over the hedge- amazing service! Had a couple of queries along the way, because I’ve never ordered a skip in my life, but Chloe in customer services was brill and always replied so quickly. Couldn’t be more happy with this company, would definitely recommend…. They were also the cheapest compared to other companies I looked at- bonus!

Aug 31,2021This method of obtaining waste skips leaves a lot to be desired, having to apply on line limits the speed of delivery/collection. Also a two week window for hire causes problems. We'll go direct to the skip company in future.

Aug 24,2021Before I agreed to book I agreed a particular set of dates for delivery and collection. The drop off was one day late due to poor planning by the supplier, and the collection was late. When the skip was dropped off they didn't follow my delivery instructions and the skip was left in the middle of the driveway, making it difficult to get my car out of the property. My suggestion is to double check the skip can cone and go as stated. Waste online use another company to do the skip handling and communication between seems lacking.
