This company is a joke DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they do t care once they have got your money they don’t reply to Emails,Phone calls, on line chat, messager and when you put a bad comment on facebook they delete it. Wave spa give people there money back please
Placed an order for a fire pit on the website on a Wednesday evening and it arrived by Friday morning. The fire pit is really high quality and comes with the added extra of a carry bag, making it ideal to transport while camping. Simple assembly instructions were included in a pouch within the carry bag, which also conveniently stores the assembly clips. The fire pit was well packaged for delivery with each part protected in individual bubble wrap bags to prevent scratching in transit. Communication with customer service was great and they quickly responded to a question I had about my order.
Order W111344 Our delivery was WC 3rd June we did not hear anything from wave spas uk After endless attempts of trying to get in touch via email, live chat, Instagram, lots of phone calls we got NO response Finally the only way we got a response was linking on to someone else’s conversation on Messenger (Zoe) only to be told that our new delivery date might be WC 29th July This is unacceptable we have now sent a message via email and messenger requesting our money back and as of yet have had NO RESPONSE One of our main concerns is if we have an issue with our spa how do we get any help and information if no one responds to any correspondence
I used Wave to purchase a hot tub a few years ago but it had a problem with the heater this year. I was dubious about trying a repair as it was a few years old but having read other reviews thought it was worth a go! I emailed and got a quick response, Paddy and Tom answered all my questions, gave clear instructions on photos/videos required & kept me informed on how the process would work and how long it would take. Really simple to return and the heater was returned within 3 days, the same week, fixed and working like new, more efficient than before! Brilliant service, really efficient & how customer service should be! Will certainly use in the future when I need to eventually replace this spa!
The ordering process is so easy, delivery was quick. The paddle boards were first class on arrival. I was especially impressed with the re-cyclable packaging. The communication was great as well

Delivery of hot tub has now been delayed by two months. Purchased on 12 May. Chose colour and style for a delivery w/c 20th May. Chased delivery through 3 emails. Final told I wouldn’t receive delivery until w/c 29th July. They offered some free filters. I have requested a full refund……no response from the support team.

I purchased drinks holders for my Wave Spa less than 14 days ago (the actual hot tub was originally purchased a couple of years ago by another member of the household and I’m pleased to say no issues, so far, with the tub itself), but I have since changed my mind about the recently purchased accessories and would like to return them, unused and still with the original packaging (except for putting on the side of the hot tub to see if they fit - they don’t, they’re loose and will slip if a drink is placed in them). I have been trying to contact Wave Spas via their online chat service, via email, their Facebook page and also telephone (all within the 14 day period) and no response received, as yet. I purchased using PayPal so will now be forced to open a dispute in order to return these items. Absolutely appalling customer service and I wish I’d gone through the reviews in finer detail before parting with my cash. Avoid this company at all costs!
So pleased with our spa, it’s sturdy and comfy. Cost effective once reaches temperature and holds this well. My children are so happy especially my autistic son who has slept better since using it in the evenings. It’s easy to set up and well made. We have the blow up square 6 seater and it’s perfect. We are so happy to have chosen Wave. Fab customer service too.
Order 111629 After receiving no update on a definite delivery date and being unable to make contact with customer services via social media platforms, phone, email and online chat, we would like a full refund. If no one gets in touch with us soon we will be going to the police to claim fraud.
Don't buy these spas, the heater units last one season, you bring it out for the summer and hey presto it either doesn't work or leaks. This is the second one that has done this. I won't be back for a third. Terrible value for money and customer service is poor.
Wave soon behind their product when the wrong color was accidentally shipped. Paddy with customer service handled this situation so professionally.
Order number W111152 Can someone please respond to me regarding this order please check all the email corraspondance between us over the last 5-6 weeks to sort a the problem with my brand new hot tub that I can not use and u agreed to send out a new filter unit which has not happened and no one is responding to any phone calls or other emails I want this sorted asap!! I’ve have spoken with citizen advice who have told me to send this email before telling me what action to take next
Paid for a spa and a heating cover on May 21st for delivery week commencing 3rd June. Tried phoning them but everytime it just says to leave a message. No one ever emails or phones back. There has been no contact from the company despite repeated attempts at messaging or phoning. UPDATE. The spa arrived this morning. An email late last night said it was coming via DPD. Nothing from the company in response to my calls or emails, the delivery feels more reactive to my calls than planned. The spa is fine, it's a good spa and easy to set up. No complaints about the product, but liaison from the company is dreadfully poor and leaves you wondering if you will get your product. I will still buy locally next time.
Hi so I got a hot tub off you it’s under warranty n it’s faulty I have done loads of voicemails tried contacting you on live chat fb ect and I am getting no response at all which is very frustrating specially that I have 2 kids who are autistic and love the hot tub and helps them sleep and now none of us can use it how are people getting in contact with these if I don’t hear out soon I’ll just send the hot tub back to them
I have paid for 2 no orders, 1 for hot tub and other for start up pack, to date received nothing, tried Every way to contact their customer care people and haven’t even had a response. Please don’t be silly like me and buy from this company
I pre ordered a hot tub back in Starr of April for delivery this week. By 3rdJune I hadn’t received any tracking/delivery . Obviously being concerned I have emailed and rung the company many times to find out what is happening with my order. As many people have stated they don’t get any reply. Hot tubs are not cheap and if I don’t receive mine this week I will be asking for my money back. I will also report to trading standards.
I am still waiting for delivery of my spa and fire pit these were in stock when I ordered on the 19th may. The communication skills of this company are so bad. I was told my items would be sent on the 3rd of June but I am still waiting: I have emailed multiple times for updates and have received so delivery emails or further communication to explain the further delays!. This is very frustrating now !. I have also let messages on their answerphone and chat facility to no avail.

Jun 11,2024i ordered my hot tub on the 1st of may for delivery on the 20th ..no joy i was sent a different tub which i refused when they tried to delivery it. I was told i would receive the correct one the following week..no joy..Paddy then e mailed and said he would try for a delivery for last week or this week BUT!! i haven't heard anything and had no response to the auto message system - e mails - telephone messages so i have asked for a refund before the bank take recovery action and trading standards are contacted A truly appalling experience
