May 22,2024I had an issue with my hot tub following a house move, I contacted the help team at Wave who were extremely helpful and responsive, they answered all of the questions that I posed I was more than happy with the outcome! Their response were timely and clear and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my communications with the Team! My sincere thanks to Paddy, Patrick and Tom for all the support and advice you provided me with and hopefully when I receive my order, we’ll have the hot tub up and running again in time for summer! Couldn’t recommend more highly - I thought I received outstanding customer service.

May 20,2024I have purchased 2 hot tubs from this company and their service is always exceptional. I recently bought the new style foam hot tub and ordered extras filters stated on the website. Unfortunately they were the wrong type so I reached out to Wave Spa customer service and they immediately offered to replace the filters plus 6 more for free and stated they will update the error on the website (which they did). I will keep coming back to wave spa as they are brilliant!

May 20,2024I’m so disappointed. I have the spa paid off and the pump is broken once again. We have had 3 replacements and have had it less than a year and that’s only with us using it for half of the year. It’s summer time and the spa is set up again we used it twice this season (literally getting in it 2 days ) and the pump starts coding. At the beginning when this happened customer service was on top of it. But now that the spa is paid off and I am having this issue again I have received zero response from the company after many attempts to ask for help.

May 17,2024Amazing Customer service by Patrick. He replaced a part that had become faulty 4 years after I had purchased the hot tub. I would definitely recommend using this company for purchasing a hot tub as the aftercare sales is amazing.

May 17,2024Lasted close to 3 years, the floor lining started to separate and leak. The console has also cracked and buttons began to perish. Contacted customer service and nothing can be done, 5% deduction on a new product offered. We have had less premium spas last longer. Thought this one was going to be a good better but it seems that was not the case.

May 17,2024Got last week and put up to see what it looks like.Was a bit of a struggle because the clips that hold it together are in a small zipped pouch in the bag and I could not see them but now I know where they are it was easy to fit together and it looks very nice will see how it works in a couple of weeks when we take grandson on holiday but it looks good value

May 17,2024Sent the information requested by Paddy at wave spa May 20th. As of June 11th No one has contacted me to help resolve my issue with the leaking spa. Paddy please contact me. They are playing games to make the appearance of customer service on bad reviews. Don't be fooled don't buy wavespas! Had a swift, lasted 1 season! Packed and stored carefully in our home. Now it leaks on the outside of the inner liner where the air is blown to create the bubbles. Was offered a repair kit as it is out of 6 months warranty. 6 MONTHS on a $1700 spa!!! Usual disposable junk offered of 5% reduction on new product. We loved the spa, but can't replace anything they don't make the swift anymore! So $1700 for 1 season use. I can NOT recommend this companies products anymore! WARNING TO THE WISE DO NOT BUY!!!

May 16,2024This is the second spa I have had and upgrade to the new one. Integrated heater and sold foam walls. All I can say is spend the extra money and buy one there fantastic. Make sure you get the app as it makes understanding condition of the filter better

May 22,2024Hi your latest email eventually was for me to take my hot tub to a DPD drop off store. REALLY - expect a customer to lift a hot tub, put into a car and take to a store, don't think so. Further to your reply, I have never received a reply the same day, see previous review on the 8 May with timeline. The only time you seem to respond is when I put a review on Trustpilot Further to my comprehensive review dated 8 May I am still waiting for the collection of my hot tub and therefore refund. I will be starting chargeback proceedings with my bank. This has been going on for too long. Received email on 19/5 apologising for failed pick up and asking what day would be suitable, stated Wednesday 22 May as work from home. It is the 22 May and still have no idea when this will be collected
