We having an issue with the heating unit that is under warranty still-E5 code and we can't get any response via email, call back or a chat since 31.05.24 despite multiple attempts. Edit 1* yes, I have been contacted by your team and informed that you no longer use the customers services email that is still on your website and also that the warranty I registered last autumn (still valid) is no longer known to your system as you don't use CASE any longer. I wasn't aware of any of these as no contact has been made with me when the change happened. Luckly I had the emails with original receipt I sent to you previously and forwarded those to your team and waiting for the reply now. Edit 2: a month has gone now and we are still no further to solve our problem. I keep getting the emails over and over again with trouble shooting advice despite sending a video of proof and also my original receipt. I'm really fuming right now 😤 Edit 3*: finally the spa was sent out 2 weeks ago for the repair after issuing a video of the problem and replaced ment to be sent out straight away but still haven't heard anything 😕 I specifically requested the date as was needed for birthday celebrations last week but had no response... Edit 4*: last week day after my previous we received an email with apologies stating that there has been a system error and we were informed that the replacement unit will be sent out to us straight away, which it was. However, the repaired unit we received was in a worse condition than the one we returned and after sending the picture to wave it was deemed not to be safe to use so currently awaiting an e-mail with a courier label to return it to wave again 😭 its a week today and still waiting.... Edit 3: 3 weeks gone by and we still haven't received the email with dpd details for courier collection or received a new unit!

I recently purchased a small garden hot tub, and it has been an absolute delight. Bought my hot tub on May 8th and waited a week for tracking info and when I reached out I was told there was a glitch in their system and that they would release my order right away. This went on for a couple more weeks and my Wave Atlantic Inflatable hot tub finally arrived on May 27th, set it up on June 1st and the unit won’t heat up over 79 degrees. I tried contacting customer service leaving 3 messages and sent 4 messages through their chat bot online and literally sent 10 messages through Facebook messenger and still haven’t received any feedback.
I pre ordered a hot tub, due for delivery this week. By Tuesday I hadn’t received any tracking/delivery information so looked at reviews. The reviews suggested that they currently have a massive problem meeting their orders. Obviously being concerned I have emailed and rung the company many times to find out what is happening with my order. As many people have stated they don’t get any reply. Hot tubs are not cheap and if I don’t receive mine this week I will be asking for my money back. I will also report to trading standards. This should have been an enjoyable experience!
I inflated my hot tub for the first time and noticed that a stopper inside at the bottom of the tub is missing. Therefore the tub is unable to retain water and not able to use the product. I have tried to contact Wave Spas since Monday 03.06.2024 numerous times throughout the week, leaving voice messages for call back, using the live chat where apparently you get a quicker response (that's a joke), I have emailed and used the chat in messenger aswell.
We’ve really enjoyed our spa for nearly a year now. Unfortunately the heating element has failed and I’ve tried several times to contact the company but they just never respond! I’ve tried email, text, live chat, FB, telephone & messenger! All to no avail. All I can say about this company is that it’s fine till it goes wrong & then you are left with a useless inflated tub in your garden! A total waste of £500! Do not buy from this company! They do not respect your consumer rights & your warranty is worth nothing coz they just ignore you. There are FB groups set up with hundreds of people all saying the same thing! I only wish I’d seen these before buying from this unprofessional company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I purchased a wave hot tub, after 2 x usage the unit displayed a fault. I changed filters etc. Reverted to Wave as item was in warranty (3 months after purchase), they requested I send videos of the fault (at the time it was Dec and -3 degrees outside). They ignore emails, do not adhere to warranty and provide faulty goods!
Great purchase. Love our WaveSpa. Its a fantastic piece of kit which has been a fabulous buy. So simple to set up and run. Much much better than our old inflatable hot tub. Really enjoying it. Heartily recommend.
Ive order spa in March , pr order for delivery - 1st week of April, then they have changed to beginning of May , after another change for the end of May and the final change for the week of 03/06/2024. I have send 5 emails asking for updates , live chat does not respond, no one answering the calls . No communication from the company any more . I have now requested money back via contacting my Bank .
This company have taken over 1000 pounds and not delivered the spa that I ordered over a month ago - they gave me a delivery time and nothing was delivered - I have written several emails and they take 3 days to respond to each one - I have paid for a spa that I do not own and now have no idea how to get a refund because there is no contact number and they ignore my emails - appalling!!
Like most people on here I placed my order and was told it would arrive first week of June 2024. Apart from an order confirmation I have heard nothing. I have made multiple contact through live chat and email but no response. Poor initial customer service when you’re spending so much money. ## UPDATE- Received a call from Paddy. Spa pool has arrived finally. It was explained that they have experienced I.T. problems which had caused issues contacting customers. Pool is fantastic and now communication is up and running I would have no problem recommending this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has now been 3 weeks since we received our Rigid Foam Como Spa and have had nothing but issues to a point where it is now just sitting in our garden with us unable to use it. We have tried to get in contact with “Paddy” and “Patrick” to only receive short responses (mostly generic) and then they go off grid. Nothing resolved, nothing paid back to us and now left with a broken Hot Tub and £1,400 out of pocket. I can see that over 20 1-Star reviews have been issued on this platform in the previous 2 weeks and most of frustration appears to be due to no communication with their customers. It’s simple - Invest in your company’s infrastructure, employ more staff so that you can tackle this issue head on and advise us customers, who have given you their money upfront, on a resolution!! Will be taking this to the press and going legal. #W112625
Like most reviews ours is the same we pre ordered it’s in March it’s been pushed back from may to June and this was ordered in March and we can’t get anyone to talk to by email and live chat and even by phone we have not received a update not impressed at all now since been trying everyday to get anyone to reply to us and nothing I hope it’s not a scam but seeing some other good reviews makes me believe it’s not Can someone please resolve this problem with my money back so we can get a different one elsewhere as summer is here or a replacement to our choice Please reply to us
Still waiting for my delivery… impossible to speak to anyone. Have sent multiple messages/emails and no response. Quick to take money on the other hand. Order was due wk commencing 3rd and NO update. When I click on view my order it goes to an error page. I would just like some communication for you!!! Seems like I’m not the only one, reading the reviews. What a joke of customer service
Our order was estimated for this week but we've heard nothing. The "view your order" link doesn't work on our confirmation email. Nobody is available on chat and it says you'll get back to us. My partner and I have left multiple messages via chat with no response. I've emailed, no response and left a message on your phone line. You've had over £1000 from us with no communication since the original confirmation (with a broken link) and no way of speaking to anybody. PLEASE respond. (I've DM'd you on FB as well, no response). ***Edit*** I received a call from Patrick who was extremely apologetic and extremely helpful. It would appear they are a victim of their own success and struggling to keep up with the demand for info. Patrick answered all my questions and restored my confidence.
We pre ordered an inflatable spa well in time for summer and we keep getting the delivery date pushed on. This is now the 3rd time it’s been pushed on so we are now doubtful it will turn up at all. We are now trying to get a refund and cancel our order but we can’t get hold of anyone by phone or chat or email. Very frustrating. No product and just want our money back now! Avoid!
AVOID!!! Purchased the Rigid Foam Como Spa for my wife’s 40th birthday and have had nothing but issues with it since setting up. - Filter/Heater unit rattles and makes a noise. Changing the filter doesn’t work. - Mobile App is useless and gives completely wrong information compared to what the tub actually is. - Remote doesn’t correspond with the tub itself. Reading 40/41 temperature but the actual water temperature is only 35-36 degrees. - Unable to increase the temperature where the remote and mobile app remote doesn’t work. Have been trying to get in contact with Wave Spa Customer Support to absolutely no avail. Tried calling/emailing/webchat to only be given generic responses and then cut off. Everytime you call you get given a generic voicemail saying “we’re very busy and leave a message” No one has hit back to me in the last 7 days and no birthday plans to the use the tub has been ruined. Absolutely scam of a company and will be taking this further legally. They’re happy to take your £1.3k but then fall off the face of the earth when you have issues. Order Number: #W112625

It’s now a week later and despite trying to contact Wave through email and numerous times by phone I have had no response. The customer support is non existent, I would stay well clear if you are considering making a purchase.
