I ordered an Osaka 6 hot tub, received extremely quick albeit in two parts, but was so happy when set worked amazing, I then noticed slight bubbles in the lining after 6 months I contacted them and they said it was out of warranty and basically blamed me, I have honestly taken super care of, to this date I popped the bubbles on and it blew the lining straight of the side, I am truly unhappy with what I have, I am going to be totally honest, I bought it in lock down, but never expected to be ruined just after 6 months obviously continues use has made it worse but if the problem was rectified in the first place I would still have a fabulous hot tub
Terrible customer service, ordered and paid for my spa over 6 weeks ago, it was supposed to arrive 27th May. But still no shipping details, no hot tub and no reply from 4 phone calls, 4 answer phone messages, 10 emails or 10 chat bot contact requests! Have requested to cancel order and refund my money. Still no reply, hot tub or money back
Overall Wave Spas provide excellent service. Quality of of products and aftersales is excellent. No complaints so far.
Shocking company. Like everyone else zero communication and item still not arrived despite it being booked for week beginning 20/5. Won’t answer calls or reply to email. Avoid at all costs. ** update on response from company. I still haven’t heard a thing so them saying it’s with the dispute team is a lie **
Ordered when their website said delivery for w/c the 20th, which has well and truly gone. Absolutely zero communication from Wavespas. Found out via Trustpilot no less of this delay, not through Wavespas. The delay is well over a month. Due to this delay and the complete lack of communication to go with it, I purchased a rigid foam spa from a competitor and emailed Wavespas to cancel and refund the order. I will update on the progress of this.
The new wave Spa is excellent. It heats up much quicker and keeps it's heat much longer than our previous Lay-z-spas. The pump being integrated means that there is much less room taken up as well. The service was very good and delivery was surprisingly quick. The only negative was that I paid for weekend delivery but it came earlier but during the week. Luckily someone was home that day by chance.
So baffled by this company. Basically avoid at all costs. I have a Wave Spa sitting in my garden, that 4 weeks after delivery, still doesn’t work. And currently noone is answering my calls, chat attempts, or emails. The baffling bit is every now and again someone magically appears and does something or makes the right sounds. Paddy sent me out a new heater (which also didn’t work), Zoe (apparently the UK manager) emailed to say she’d post a new controller and call the next day (she’s done neither) and I don’t know if they are just doing this to keep me hanging on. The customer service number is never answered so don’t try that. Your best bet is getting lucky on the live chat (but this crashes on mobile so you have to be glued to your desk) but most of the time noone answers it. At this point I’m at a loss. I have a “hot tub” (4 bits of polystyrene in a bag) that doesn’t work and no one is doing anything to help. Trying to figure out how to get my money back and whether this is criminal / illegal activity. I'm adding to this now subsequent to your note below. Your reply is just a token response. "Zoe" was meant to call nearly 2 weeks ago. 2 days???? I've been waiting for more than a month. If someone wrote a review like mine I'd pick up the phone immediately and explain the delays and give an update. It bullsh*t. How do I get my money back??? I can't.....
Cowboy company, avoid at all costs. They take your money with no intention of fulfilling the order. Then offer you vouchers to use in the website! Ridiculous. Reported this company and my bank is involved.
Wave spas are only as good as the products they make and so far I’ve had two of their inflatable spas and you’ll be lucky to get one summer out of each of them. The first spa fell apart after i had it folded it away after using it for one summer. The second spa i received to replaced the first spa and I have just got out of storage to use this summer and has come apart along the seams and is leaking air! So if you plan on buying a nice expensive Wave Spa be prepared because they are built using paper and you’ll be lucky to get one summers use out of it. Because the moment you fold them away they no longer work any more and you may aswell throw it in the bin.

As an upgrade on our first tub the entry level Atlantic Inflatable which we had great fun with for almost 3 years, we have recently received a Tahoe Eco Foam tub. Easy to build and quicker to heat up it is most impressive and it also retains heat better when the bubble jets are running. We fully expect the total energy costs will also reduce due to the provision of very substantial foam insulation blocks. The Tahoe's build quality and materials are noticeably superior and give the impression that it will last many years. We are delighted with it and feel it is particularly well described on the Wave website. We are delighted with this new tub and thoroughly enjoy every chance to relax in it. First off let me say The Customer Service was excellent! I received my hot tub way ahead of schedule, but there were some items missing from the order. The UPS website was totally clueless of what happened to rest of my order. I ended up emailing Wave Spa USA they jumped on the problem right away and figured out what went wrong with the situation. Not only did they promise to get my order to me right away I was also compensated for the inconvenience. As of today my items showed up at my house once again ahead of the promised date. Thanks very much Wave Spa USA!

I tried to set up my brand new spa last weekend as the weather was gorgeous! Having treated myself to a new spa in the autumn sales but not wishing to setup over the very wet and miserable English winter. Totally dismayed to find my liner was deflating, followed all of the online guides to locate a leak, on my brand new liner. No leak can be found, however the pipes which stick out of the liner don't look right. So I try to contact customer services, live chat bot can't help and no matter the time of day there are no agents available, tried calling to get an answer machine, here I am a week later with a saggy liner and no faith in the company I have been recommending for the last 2 years as I have not had so much as an acknowledgement they have recieved my query. Such as shame as I have enjoyed many years as a happy customer. A reply to know that my query has been received would have done wonders especially if it set some expectations on how long it would take for someone to reply.
Extremely poor customer care. When I ordered my Wave Spa, I got an order confirmation and it stated delivery w/c 20/5/24. Whenever I clicked on ‘view your order’ I get a ‘…..server can’t be found message’. I emailed the company and Patrick responded a couple of days later confirming that my order would be delivered as stated and I’d receive tracking details. I haven’t received any details or the item and no one ever answers the phone line. From my experience, I can only assume that their reviews around great service are fake. Edit 7th June: after finally getting a response from Patrick, I was told my item would be delivered w/c 3rd of June. It hasn’t arrived, I’ve received no confirmation or tracking details and the company is not responding to live chat or emails. I have seen that the price for my item (Garda) has gone up by £200 on their website and that The Range are also showing stock (maybe Wave Spas are facilitating their orders first?) at the higher price. Going by the poor service and the reviews mentioning poor quality/longevity of the components, I wouldn’t have anything from Wave Spas now. I have therefore requested a refund and as I’m unlikely to get a response from Wave Spas, I have also set up a claim with my credit card company.
Similar to another review I have just read, I was expecting delivery of my hot tub this week (wk cm 20th May). I spoke to someone on Monday who said it would definitely be this week and I would receive some tracking info from DPD the day before delivery. It is now Thursday lunchtime and I have heard nothing. I have tried to contact the company at least 10 times on chat, similar amount of times on the phone and left various messages and numerous emails. I have not had a reply/answer to anything. I wouldn’t even mind if they answered and were honest and said it was delayed or there was another reason for non delivery, but you cannot get hold of anyone to find out what is going on. I will keep trying over the next day and a half and then request a refund. I would say it is definitely the worst customer service I have come across, and would definitely not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
Tom on customer service was a fantastic ambassador for the Wave Spa brand every contact was curteous respectful and he offered unlimited solutions to a few problems we encountered. He even suggested trialing a free collection and repair service Wave were offering last year with the help of Paddy and the team you all need a mention behind the scenes my problem has been expertly managed with fantastic empathy and understanding thank you Tom and the Wave team kind regards Phil & Julie
Waves spa pin hole in crevice of the tub not possible to have been caused due to how small it is , tried everything to patch it up and it’s not worked because of where the hole is , spoke with them was told it’s out of warranty it was barely a year old and stored in the shed not left up during the winter months was cleaned dried and repackaged 5 months after I bought it took it out the may the next year and it was 14 months old , now left with a tub which constantly deflates over a few days and causes nothing but havoc as this was purchased for my autistic son who gets sensory feedback from the tub ,was told if I purchased another they would give me a 10 % discount on my new one , lol I’ve never heard anything like it in my life I certainly won’t be buying another from them , apart from supplying a patch for the tub their not interested the hole that appeared is the size of a pin so impossible to be man made but there not accepting responsibility for manufacturing a cheap hottub , however I have noticed they no longer sponsor a daytime tv show so I think this says it all , numerous of customers have reported the same problem with the tub and also been dismissed saying it’s out of warranty so I think they know the liners cheap quality
