They are very prompt and efficient and Tom has been most helpful with replacing a liner so u can continue to enjoy my spa experience. I would thoroughly endorse this company as a very helpful, friendly and efficient company. I would not hesitate to use them again.

May 08,2024We waited weeks for the tub to arrive. But it didn't arrive in the week Wave specified. Having contacted them we were informed they didn't have our product in stock and were offered an upgrade. A week later the original tub arrived followed by an email to say they had found one. We were happy with that as it was our preference. However, because we expected a bigger tub we prepared a bigger area!

May 07,2024Edit update. Spa is now leaking from under the heater unit. Have emptied, reassembled and double checked all connections are tight. Used chat bot today 30th June. This seems to be a common issue so let's see what they say. Not impressed as only 3 months of light use for £1299!! Original review: Really happy with our new Wave como foam spa bought to replace their inflatable Atlantic that we have used for the last couple of years. So far everything has been great, so much better than an inflatable spa and less chance of accidental damage or holes appearing in the lining seams, as happened with our last one. Easy to put together and definitely retains the heat overnight, losing only 1 degree.

May 04,2024I helped a retired couple order a spa 4 weeks ago. The spa never turned up never received any tracking details. Then told two weeks ago can’t get the spa. Now been two weeks and still not received the refund. Cannot phone them. Do not hardly reply to emails. They are still £1100 out of pocket absolutely discracegul: do not order from this company!!!!

May 03,2024Heater pump died 2 months out of warranty and they don't sell replacements. Don't buy. Wrote in to support and they recommended buying a brand new hot tub and pump combo with no other options.

May 03,2024Have to say amazing quality, and exceptional customer support. When I ordered was delivered quickly. I was even happier after opening my order and finding the quality 10 x better than that of other manufacturers that I have had in the past and for similar prices. Over the last month I have noticed using the energy saving bundle that I have actually saved, heat retention is a lot better which saves in the long run. 100% happy with my purchase and have ordered from wave since ( chemicals ) If chemicals are as good as I hope then I will probably change my supplier to wave. Definitely recommended

May 02,2024We had a problem with the cable, a year after the purchase of our foam hottub. Wave Spa sorted this out without any hassle by collecting the faulty unit and replacing it with a new unit, all free of charge. Great hottub and great after service and customer care. Highly recommend!

May 02,2024On our second hot tub from Wave and loving the new Atlantic with integrated heater and padded seats. It heats up much quicker than the egg version and the jets seem more powerful. Padded seats are very slight, but very effective. Only down side is communication a little slow, but normally within 24hrs.

May 01,2024I'm really happy with my Wave hot tub, despite some early leaks and two years in I'm wondering how much longer it will last (the latest set up saw water gushing out of one of the manifolds, but I think I've fixed it!!), but I can't fault the customer service. The spa cover issued with the California spa is held in place by a series of clips, attached to the cover with webbing. Unfortunately they have all snapped in the last year, despite the cover only being 2 years old. I emailed Wave about it this week and Paddy at Wave was super helpful is resolving the issue: he, understandably, requested I send some photos - which I did - but he then offered to send a replacement cover free of charge as a goodwill gesture, without any discussion or argument. I was really happy and it was a better resolution than I expected! All companies experience issues and all product lines have defective output from time to time. In this instance though, I cannot fault their handling of the situation. Perfect customer experience. Thank you Paddy!

May 01,2024On time delivery, easy to set up and retains the heat so much better than our old 'blow up' hot tub. The seat pads in the base are a great addition too, makes it more comfortable. We use it to relax after I play football on Monday evenings and after badminton on Fridays. Also love just lying in there watching the stars come out.

May 01,2024Still haven't received all the boxes for the wavespa. I was told on Friday that I would receive it next day but still nothing 3 days later!! Virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. I've had to cancel the decking company 3 times due to the wave spa delivery being incomplete which has cost me money. Very frustrating.

The hot tubs are also very relaxing and I've had many compliments from guests when they come over and see it and have a go. Would use again. Thank you 🙂
