I have had hot tubs all my life, so when I moved into a second floor condo New Wave was an excellent solution. Paddy is the best when there have been any operating issues. I would highly recommend him and a new wave to anyone.
Great company to deal with, used them for years,5 stars
Ive ordered two spas, paid money and received (!) confirmation on email. After few days of lack on status update I decided to check status on website and it was 'canceled' - just like that. It turn out that my order was canceled due to wrong item price.Didnt receive any email, no one bother to contact somehow. But in meantime different orders made even later than mine, with same price(or even slightly lower!!) were completed. Dont understadn this- my price was wrong, but someones else price was ok... doesnt mater it was exactly this same.
They set up a FAKE promotion, and then cancel all orders after people make payment. I ordered a jaccuzzi on promo and got it cancelled one day after making payment. DON'T RECCOMEND eu wavespas
Buyer beware. Purchased one of the foam spas and the liner had a hole. Was told on Feb 3rd a new liner will arrive in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later no liner and I keep getting the run around from Wave. 1 star is for the customer experience and not the spa as I haven’t been able to use it yet
Great quality item and very good customer service also great price
Just brought our 2nd tub from Wave (last one damaged by storm) and I must add we use it daily, every day throughout the year absolutely brilliant
Wave spa are such a good company but complaints from me 👍
I love my Wave Spa! It’s been everything as advertised; more importantly- I’ve needed to call on customer support and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Paddy has been very responsive and results oriented - they offer a great product and people who care about what they do and how well they do it!
It so refreshing to deal with a company which is so customer focused and helpful. Patrick and Tom have been particularly great .
Our experience with WaveSpa has just kept going from bad to worst. We initially were between just getting a Coleman inflatable tub and going with WaveSpa's ridged foam tub and I an wishing everyday we had just gone with the Coleman inflatable. When we first received the ridged foam tub it seemed like a really cool design. The first motor they sent didn't work but after helping us trouble shoot to no avail they sent a replacement. This worked great for about 6 months before the liner started to leak. We tried to trouble shoot finding the leak with the minimal help we got from Wavespa as well as various leak detection techniques we looked up online. We were never able to find the leak, only to rule out that it was definitely in the lining and not the connections. We were told they could not just replace the liner because first off they do not have replacement the liners for this tub model and second we were out of the 6 month warranty. After a number of confusing back and forth emails they were able to tell us that we could purchase an inflatable liner that would work with the motor we had and still be more affordable than purchasing a completely new tub to replace our less than a year old over $1600 tub. My roommate left a bad review on trust pilot at this time. After we left a bad review they got significantly more helpful and offered to as a good will gesture refund us the cost of the replacement liner in exchange for removing our review. We happily did that. Through a comedy of errors the order was placed to the wrong address. I was assured this was not an issue and that the liner had already been shipped to the correct address as well. This was at least one of the lies they told me. It would turn out they would assure me on two different occasions in our communications that the liner had been shipped to my correct address both of which turns out to have been blatant lies. They shipped a new hot tub lid but never the actual tub liner. Eventually after months of back and forth and still no tub I got a request from them for a phone call. Some of the communication errors here can probably be ascribed to time differences causing delayed communication because she kept requesting me to be available for calls at times the next day, I would reply yes, then not hear from here for multiple days. Finally we scheduled a very concrete time. I rearranged clients in my practice to be available at the time that worked for them because I know it is a limited window between time zones. They never showed for the call. She told me the next day that she had had an appointment she had been called away for but I never got so much as a courtesy email that she would be no showing. She then requested another call time, which I was again available for and which she again no showed for. Finally, she informed me by email that not only had our liner never been shipped despite me being told that is had twice but they also can no longer send "good will gestures" to my state. But that they are launching a new tub line that they can ship to my state if we want to order that. We have now not had a tub for the past 6 months as we have been dealing with this mess. We have had so much of our time and energy wasted in confusing back and forth with this company. It has been so non-professional, sloppy, and downright disrespectful. I am leaving this review not in hopes they will make anything right, we are long past that point. But because we trusted the good reviews of this company online when making our initial order and I am want others to have more accurate information about what a mess this company is. We will now be going to Costco and getting an inflatable tub for half the cost and a great return policy.
Had to send a heater element back to be mended after a years use. Paid a standard fee and was sent a reconditioned unit by return. Excellent communication and customer service. Would definitely recommend Wave spas
I emailed into customer support and Tom was amazing. Not only did he troubleshoot my problem he also resolved it with no cost to me! Thank you Tom, and thank you Wave Spas!
Pros: While the spa lasted, it worked as advertised. It stayed hot and conserved energy better than other brands of inflatable/plug and play hot tubs. It was also much more sturdy with the rigid foam design. Cons: They offer a 6 month warranty on all parts, including the material of the tub and the heater/filter. At exactly the 8 month mark, the hot tub leaked water, the foam began to compress around the edges, and the heater stopped working at full capacity. The leak was significant enough to where I had to add water every couple of days. The heater would tell you it’s 104° but an independent test revealed it was only between 99 and 101°. When I contacted the company about it, I expressed my frustration with multiple system breakdown and was told I’m outside the warranty window. They offered me a 10% discount on a new hot tub which is laughable, because it’s just more money down the drain on an inferior product. I highly encourage any perspective buyers to forgo Wave Spa and purchase a Saluspa, Coleman, or similar hot tub, which we owned prior to a Wave Spa. They are not only significantly cheaper, but operated perfectly for 2+ years without any issue. They may have lasted longer, but I replaced it with a Wave Spa which I totally regret. It seems that they set their warranty period just outside the window that they know their product will functionally operate.
What a company!absolutely great service, replaced my liner with a round one because it kept going down.ive always bought square ones, from wave of course, and Patrick at wave even sent a cover out separately, thank you for thinking of it Patrick because I didn't. Your an asset to the company xxxxx
I bought my first inflatable Atlantic spa and it was great, 8 months later it developed a leak in the seal I put it down to me possibly over inflating it so I purchased a new liner which developed a leak in more or less the same place. That’s 2 summers in a row so pondering as to buy another liner. I did speak to waves about the issue but was told it wasn’t a common problem,
Tom was great! He helped me out with my issue and was quick to make everything work out!!
Tom was amazing and deserves a raise! I was aggravated as my spa had not arrived and still hasn't, but Tom was quick to figure out why. I was not aware I had ordered a product that wouldn't be released until this week, so hopefully I will have it very soon. Tom had me excited about the fact that I would be one of the first to have a newly released spa and then I was no longer aggravated. He's the best,y'all, a definite keeper! Thank, Tracey
