Great service from start to finish. Bought a robe it’s great for walking the dogs in the good old British weather. Had to send first one back as to big. Tom made it so easy and straight forward. Totally recommend thank you

I purchased the wave spa como eco spa at the end of December for £1300 and have still yet to use it (8th Feb). The heater pump didn't work and after many many emails and videos sent to them for proof, they agreed to replace the liner, heater and pump (all in one). First of all they sent out the wrong liner - one with no built in pump. So we packed it back up and they collected it and delivered the right one. Great we thought. Then we realised when we sent back the broken liner we had sent back the filter housing. So I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they promised to send me one out and it would 'definitely' be here by this week (I have the email to prove the 'definitely' part.).. It has still yet to arrive. So 8 weeks in we are yet to use this rather expensive new garden ornament for fear of voiding our liner warrantee. In all honesty I would avoid wave spas and save 1000 and get a lazy spa. If I thought getting a refund would be easy I would do that and go back to lazy spa. The ONLY positive is they use DPD as couriers who have been brilliant. Avoid.

Excellent service from Patrick started on the chat explained an issue with our power unit. He asked me to pack it up and send a picture once done, he sent us a return label and explained how to send it back and had already ordered us a new one. The unit came today. So reported Monday new unit came Thursday. Excellent service Thank you Patrick and Wave spas

The hot tub is good at a reasonable price. However, if you have any problems the helpers don't seem to know a lot about it. They just ye you the same thing no matter what. 'Make sure the water level is between min and max' and 'make sure the chemicals are balanced' whether relevant to the problem or not.

The camouflage robe I bought from Wave is amazing, the quality is 100 percent, it is very warm and waterproof, I ordered a large at the start and realised it was to big for me as I didn't want a robe to change under it, I only wanted one to keep warm after cold water swimming/dipping, although the large was perfect if i wanted a robe to change underneath it, I asked if I could return my Large for a Medium and this was no problem for Patrick and the wave team, now my robe is a perfect size to wear as a warm coat on the beach. Patrick wes 100 percent helpful with my exchange that arrived two days earlier than expected as my new robe was out of stock and was due back in stock on the 5/2/2024

I purchased a spa around April last year, had the spa for a couple of weeks it developed a leak on a welded seam. I contacted wave spas who replaced the item. New item arrived inflated and went out of shape and developed a large bulge, contacted wave spas who apologised and replaced it.A couple of weeks later that one developed a leak again wave spas replaced it . I’ve got to clean it this morning guess what, it’s developed a leak. Have emailed them this morning to get a full refund and buy a quality product elsewhere. Don’t waste your money on these spas, quality extremely poor. Will never buy from this company again. Peter

I contacted Wave Spas last week to tell them about an issue we were having with the heating unit for our hot tub. They responded quickly and requested some additional information and pictures. I sent the information they requested. I heard back from Tom the next day (Friday) and he informed me they would send a replacement in the next 5 business days. We received our replacement on Sunday! We are in North Carolina in the United States! I highly recommend this company! Their spas are beautiful and their customer service is impeccable! They truly stand behind their products! Thank you Tom and Wave Spa!

The website is easy to use and explains the difference between the products well. Delivery to the channels islands was fast. The products are very good quality. The support was very helpful answering my VAT/GST query, thanks Patrick! (VAT is removed on checkout when ordering for Jersey)

Brand new spa bought, taken out of box and plugged in to inflate spa and E4 fault code comes up straight away, followed instructions to clear fault and still E4 fault persists, great start not!

We purchased our wave spa rigid foam hottub in May 2023 and it has been great. We had a couple minor issues, but contacting Patrick at customer service was easy and our problems were resolved quickly and smoothly. We highly recommend wave spa products to anyone looking for a good cost efficient hottub, that is exactly as advertised.

The company mis-sells what in reality are styrofoam open-top boxes (politely referred to as 'Eco Foam Spas'), falsely claiming they are a product of greater utility and superior quality to inflatable hot tubs costing a third of the price or less. They most certainly are not and the experience they deliver (the strength of jets, aesthetics of the inner liner, external finish quality, energy consumption etc.) are at best on par with the run-of-the-mill products you could buy at Tesco in the garden aisle. Additionally, they would in no way be able to accommodate as many people as the company claims they could. E.g., the 6-person Como variant would realistically offer some degree of comfort to a couple, three people at a stretch. That being said, Wave Spas products would make great heated garden swimming pools for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 if the price tag were around 3-5x lower.
