What a pile of junk that has a six months guarantee and you will be lucky to get that length of time out of this far from professional product. I had a knee replacement, did not use the spa-thetic item and when I did it faltered and that meant I was one week over the 6 and no action from the woeful world of Wave. No consideration for my health but every consideration for their wealth.

DO NOT BUT! Mine arrived with holes in the liner and a heater that wouldn't work. I've been fighting since March (almost a year) to return it and they refused and wanted to send replacement parts which never came. I requested to return it a week after it arrived. I can't get replies other than a promise of replacement parts and a refund which has never happened. I contacted the BBB and they refused a reply to them as well. I am currently looking for a lawyer for the damages to my deck and to get my money back from this company. I'm a single mom 2,000 is alot of money for me to just throw away on nothing! I don't know how this company is getting away with scamming people like this!

From start to finish Waves customer service has been fantastic particularly Patrick. Had a couple of issues but they have been dealt with them swiftly and professionally. We love our 4 person Pacific hot tub. We bought it after staying at a glamping pod that had the rigid foam style but being new to hot tubs we went in with the inflatable as wasnt sure how much we would use it but we will certainly be upgrading to the rigid one when the life of our current one ends as during the summer it was on every weekend. I've stayed at holiday lets with the larger hard hot tubs but being honest I didn't feel as relaxed as I do when I've used our Wave...it also helps that its much easier to empty and clean. Top tip is to spend the money to have an outdoor hot tap installed that way you can empty it and refill when your ready to use it rather than just keeping it filled and switched on for the times you do want to use it. It also helps that you haven't got to balance the chemicals when it's empty so another saving on time and money. In short we love our Wave.

Edit: back to 5 stars after replacement was sent. Although it meant we couldn’t use hot tub all of the summer. Order no #W100527. Wave 6 person spa, got a puncture after 1 use, I’ve reported issue back in May and since then I’ve been promised I’ll get a liner replacement. Company keeps saying the liners are on back order, however full product has been in stock the whole time. In the end I’ve asked for a full refund offering to send product back to which I’ve been promised that I’ll get a prompt delivery of liner replacement. I’ve been waiting for over a month since. Company has clearly no intention of sending a replacement nor offering refund. If they’ll say on here to email customer services, they’re just making themselves look good. I’ve been emailing for 6 months already with no action taken!! I really regret ordering from Wave Spas, I wish I’ve ordered from a reputable store. We’re left with product which we are unable to use. Don’t order, don’t recommend. I do many online orders, this company has been by far the worse. *****Edit: following my review Wave Spas has sent me a replacement very promptly and I am now a happy customer. Thank you

We bought our 'Osaka' Wave Spa back in March of this year, and it has been absolutely fantastic! We turned our shed into a mini 'Spa' and we enjoy it whatever the weather. The Wave Spa team and just brilliant, we recently had a propblem with our pump and the team snet out a replacement the same day I raised the issue with them. I couldn't ask for better customer service, they're a friendly, knowledgable team. We recommend Wave Spas to everyone that we speak to about the hot tub! :)

Good quality metal with accurate cut outs (but handle with care as edges can be sharp). Looks great once setup, modern design, looks way more expensive than it was, very happy with it and would recommend to friends. Also very well packaged.

All the wonderful reviews I read were not wrong! I ordered the Wave Atlantic six-person inflatable hot tub. It was simple to set up and customer service’s response to my questions has been fast and friendly. Based on my experience, plan for at least 36 hours for the first heating to reach the desired temp. Don’t forget to order the needed chemicals! Enjoy!

We have a hot tub and the unit failed after only 5 months. It doesnt help there is no telephone number to contact them but After nearly 2-3months of back and forth I am really pleased to say that Patrick stepped in and sorted the issue and arranged a replacement for us promptly. His customer service was excellent! Thank you Patrick.

the Como Wave Spa I received has an inadequate heating system. The very first advertisement they post is that it is a rapid heating system. It took three days for the water temperature to reach 100 degrees. It has never reached 104 degrees that they advertise.When I contacted Wave Spas they advised me that it takes 12-48 hours to heat the spa. so much for rapid heating. then I noticed that the heater doesn’t maintain a constant temperature. In 15- 20 minutes the spa temperature reduces to 95 degrees. when I contacted the rep I was informed that when you run the bubbles the heater shuts off temporarily. so that means you have to shut of the bubbles and sit in a hot tub with the same effect you would get sitting in a bath tub. It appears that Wave Spas is not going to admit their product is defective. they say they will be happy to to allow you to return the spa if it is defective or you are not happy with it. So since I am not happy I am returning it but first they have to give me permission to return it or they won’t accept it if you do send it back. since they obviously are not going to admit their product is defective I will basically have to pay out of my own pocket to ship it back plus pay a restocking fee. If you read their advertisement you eill see they never disclose the fact it takes 12-48 hours to heat up the spa nor that you can’t run the bubbles without the heater shutting off. so my advice is do not purchase any spas or do any business with Wave Spas unless you want to get ripped off like I was.

Still trying to resolve issue of a refund for faulty hot tub from March. Company reach out whenever I leave a review here but then don't fix anything. I've been told several times I will get a refund for hot tub that cost almost £900, but then they dumped a new hot tub on me and neighbour that I don't want and don't have room to store as faulty hot tub is still sitting in my garden (I had hopes that they would come to their senses and send a replacement liner - more fool me). They seem to think it's fine to force another hot tub on you and ignore your refund request. Why on earth would I accept another one when you can't uphold a brand new warranty on the one I actually purchased?! When the second person, Tom emailed to resolve this (after 8 months of back and forth) he said he won't give me a refund on my purchased tub until they collect the one they forcibly dumped on me. Don't seem to appreciate that this new tub I did not consent to and is a seperate matter from the refund item. So I have to trust that these people will remove the new tub and then not just disappear like they do every single time I demand my refund. How likely is this? EXTREMELY!!!!! same f****ing b****sh**t every time where they say they can't start a refund, then say they're going to discuss with manager (who must either be imaginary or on permanent f****ing vacation). Funny how easy it is for them to take your money though.

I would just like to give a glowing recommendation to Wave Spas. I was looking to buy a replacement liner but unfortunately Wave Spas are changing suppliers so I had a long wait. However they have been great to deal with and as a goodwill gesture are giving me a replacement liner for free from their existing stock which will be gratefully received. They have been quick to answer emails and been extremely professional too........5 stars.

Brilliant products We purchased a new Pacific square 4 person hot tub 2 years ago and have had many a relaxing time and even now it still looks new and clean having used all correct products from wave, Just purchased the super bundle of 48 filters for a bargain £25 Inc postage, Would definitely recommend
