Oct 03,2023Sadly after a great start with customer service our hottub was recalled, a later date roughly set for a replacement and a partial refund issued as a apology. However still being made to hunt down the apparent refund and overdue on the replacement. Been advised by my bank to goto trading standards, but loath to do so as they were so genuine at the beginning of our spa adventure.

Sep 21,2023I purchased my WAVE COMO RIGID ECO FOAM HOT TUB, THERMAL EFFICIENT, INSULATED SPA, CHARCOAL BLACK in September 2021 and I used it October thru March of 21/22 and same time 22/23. With a few hiccups. I've gone through two heat pumps in that time. They just stop working fortunately each time they were covered under warranty. I'm writing a review now because I'm planning on opening her back up soon and I'm wondering if I should move on. Because of the biggest issue all three heaters have had. They barely go over 102 degrees fahrenheit. I had a cheap Coleman inflatable that consistently held 104 and the only reason why I moved on is because the temps started going to 109. And I figured this wavespa with a new eco design would just be cooler looking and more efficient. It just sort of sucks. Not worth the money. Customer service loves to give me run arounds about my gfi and plugs and my set up. I understand a lot of people don't know what they're doing. But I do and my Coleman in the same exact location worked perfectly for years. But if I can get a third season out of it I'll be happy I guess. I'll go back to a Reputable brand like Coleman next year.

Sep 15,2023I wanted a small inflatable style hot tub to see what it was like maintaining and to see how much I would use it. I went with a wave spa foam tub that is octogon shaped. After about 7 months the outside black plastic weave that supports the foam started splitting at the bottom seam. It started in one spot and just kept continuing around the tub. After talking to customer service I have found there is no warranty for this whatsoever. How disappointing. I wish I had bought something else. I dont know if I will be able to fix it myself or not. My daughter and I use the spa 1-2 times a week. update-After leaving this review someone from Wavespa tried to call me and they also emailed me. I figured email would be the best way to communicate given the time zone differences between the USA and UK. I replied to the email and never heard back from anyone from wavespa. The disappointment continues!

Sep 12,2023I originally posted this review back in February but took it down after a phonecall from customer services. They sent me a tempory inflatable liner and promised me their latest foam hot tub at cost price when it was released in the summer. They asked if I was happy with that, would I mind taking the review down, which I did. Well I heard nothing from them when the new spas were released and they haven't responded to my emails. So here is the original review. Good points first. Good range of hot tubs. Pretty good delivery times. Customer service are quick to respond. I bought a wave rigid hot tub from these 2 and a half years ago. I bought the rigid foam sided one thinking it would last a lot longer than an inflatable one and would be cheaper to run. It is cheaper to run than an inflatable but still expensive especially with energy prices what they are now. In the longer term though I think an inflatable would work out cheaper. I love the hot tub and have used it a fair bit over that period.However, although I have been pretty meticulous in looking after the hot tub it has become unusable after just 2 and a half years. The inner liner has blistered all around the inside and 2 of the seams holding it all together have just fallen away. Customer service said when they have seen this before (SO I'M NOT THE FIRST) it's because the spa has been left too long in direct sunlight (mine hasn't) or harsh chemicals have been used to clean it between water changes (I haven't used any chemicals to clean it. If you keep on top of the chemical balance there is no need to use any chemicals to clean it between water changes), or they said too much chlorine has been used in maintaining water levels (I've always kept on top of the chemical balance). I would not write this review if I thought one of those reasons applied to me because that wouldn't be fair. Customer service have quoted me approx £300 for a replacement liner. The rigid foam side spa is the best part of £1000. You can get a layzspa for less than the replacement liner so I'm thinking that would probably be a better option for anyone reading this. You could get 6 layzspa's for the price of this one + a replacement liner. Pretty sure the 6 inflatables would last a lot longer. Shame Edit after reading reply from Wavespa. I have been informed on live chat that they hope to have the new hot tubs in stock at the end of Sept. If this review is still on here by the end of October then I didn't receive the promised offer of a cost price hot tub.

I have zero negative feedback or experience; It was simple to put up, clear instructions, quick to fill, and even faster to heat up (reached up to temperature in 4 hours!) - because I had purchased additional thermal supports (air cover, bubble cover, thermal flooring). The 2-4 Atlantic fits 2 adults reasonably, perhaps 1 adult and 2 teens. The pump is phenomenally strong, the 105 floor level jets even pushed us back from the sides, amazing tech. Easy to use, and faultless. Cannot emphasis enough how for the money, this feels like a top grade spa. Top grade finishing, material and extremely comfortable. Thank you to Tom, for my delivery updates - Received both the Spa and its add-ons within 4 working days. Seamless purchase from start to finish.
