May 02,2022After being messed about by estate agents promising the earth and not delivering, I looked into WBAH and was cautious as you hear lots of horror stories. This wasn't the case for me, yes the offer was lower than what estate agents said they could get for me, but I wanted a quick sale as my original buyer dropped out. From the start I was supported by Ross English, nothing was too much trouble, he kept in touch, both him and Chelsea supported me towards the end of the sale (my purchase was dragging on months.) I found the whole process stress free, I was advised every step of the way, didn't have the hassle of numerous viewings or offers made then recinded and completion is set to when you decide. If you are in any doubt, please speak to the team and take it from there.

Mar 05,2022Ross was amazing throughout the entire the process. We were a little wary to start with but the service provided was second to none. A slight down value but that was due to issues with the property, that the independent valuer found and we were unaware of. WBAH were very fair in dealing with the revised offer. On the whole WBAH are a genuine company and very customer focused. I would 100% recommended them. Ross definitely deserves recognition for the 5 star service he provided from start to finish. Haydn was also very friendly, helpful and informative. The solicitors we were allocated did a great job and very easy to speak to. Overall it was a perfect transaction. Thanks again.

Feb 15,2022Good. I was very nervous about using one of these companies, but it all turned out fine in the end. They did drop original offer a bit, but we still got a decent price without the hassle of it being on the market and no estate agent fees to pay. They were very professional. It was Hayden we dealt with. He was great, but did take his time to return our calls at times. Thumbs up tho, would recommend this company 👍

Feb 07,2022I couldn't sell my property on the open market and I wanted it sold with little or no hassle. We buy any home assisted me with this and did their best to make it as trouble free as possible. They kept in touch with me throughout. You could get more if you put your property on the open market but you would have to wait for a buyer and pay estate agents costs.

I said I needed to confirm with my letting agent that I could proceed but was happy with the offer. I responded to the offer made by Bardhi by email the same day but heard nothing more, I followed up on two further occasions as I would like to proceed but have had nothing since.

The team were great and even though I didn't meet face to face, they were with me every step of the way and kept me well informed. I'd recommend them to all and when and if I sell my next home, I'll be going to them first.

Right from my initial enquiry the communication I received was excellent, all the way through to the completion of the sale of my property. Chelsea, who was handling everything, kept in touch regularly and there were no issues arising from the fact that we had to wait for a few months until the tenant in my property moved out. The agreement was tied down early and then we just completed when we were able to. I would be happy to recommend WBAH.
