These might be good for buying tickets but god help you if you need a refund, and that's even WITH purchase protection. The form for requesting a cancellation gives various options to select for the reason, these include options such as bereavement and pregnancy. The unbelievable thing is though is that if you select 'Bereavement' you have to actually send them a copy of the death certificate!! And for 'Pregnancy' the actual MAT1B form to confirm the delivery date!!!! As if you would do that due to data protection. And this is all just to cancel a photography walk for god's sake. I mean, they may as well ask for a video of the conception too or proof there was a funeral whilst they're at it. Please avoid this booking company at all costs. Please.
Wasn't too hopeful that my last-minute change request would be accomodated on New Year's Eve weekend, 24 hours before the event started. My bad of course, but Will responded to my request within an hour and sorted everything out. Really impressed with the support, and experience overall.
What could be simpler, a link from the location I want to book my tickets, order & immediately I have a reference. That & my ID is all I need at the performance location. So easy, no printing at home no finding bar codes. The code has linked to my diary & the location. So glad no post especially at this time of year. This is the way book tickets & even printing at home is using trees. Only one drawback - have to travel to the theatre, now if they could arrange teleportation that would be perfection. Until then I am more than happy with their service, they even make contacting them a simple process

Would most definitely use we got tickets again. When I contacted them as had a problem with tickets purchased and needed to see if could be refunded as a couple could not make the event and also if we could change the other 2 tickets. Tayla dealt with my email and on the phone nothing too much trouble and issued refund. We had a very enjoyable afternoon Thankyou
Had bought tickets and couldn't go due to illness. Website wouldn't allow me to change name on tickets and was worried they'd be wasted (that's why only a 4 star, as customer service was 5). <3 hours before the show to get it sorted. Emailed company and told "We'll reply within 1 day" thought that was it. But Alex and Zin got back to me within 1 hour and had the names changed and transferred tickets in no time. Sorted.

I booked a ticket for the Saltdean Lido lights up and after I brought the ticket realised I didn’t book the right day. So I got in connect by email and go a reply straight away and my ticket was change with no problem at all. Friendly, quick and reliable.

An event we were going to was postponed. We were informed promptly and offered alternatives and ticket transfer options. I emailed my preference and within hours this was confirmed and all on a Sunday! Well done and thank you.

Made a total boob on my booking by buying tickets for the wrong night, called the following morning and spoke to Zin who was so polite telling me they would try their best to move them to the next night. Needed to phone the venue the venue to see if this was possible, they emailed me within an hr saying my booking had been moved and attaching my tickets for the following night. Brilliant service. Booked tickets for a local event via wegottickets but unfortunately due to a chronic, sudden illness in the family we are not able to attend the gig. I was resigned to losing the money but asked anyway and received amazingly quick,professional and good news from the customer service team( Tayla). A proper example of how to treat your customers!!
