Tanya at WeGotTickets was incredibly helpful when I needed to swap 2 standing tickets to see Yes at Tavistock Wharf in favour of 2 seated ones that I'd purchased direct from the venue. Easy to get hold of and problem resolved with minimum of fuss. Great gig too!

I had a query with WeGotTickets as I had double-booked two gigs in error on the same date. Whilst I didn't qualify for a refund the agent I contacted advised me that I could transfer my original booking to another show once the matter had been checked with the venue WeGotTickets went out of their way to help and successfully transferred my ticket in a timespan of just a couple of days. And the communication was excellent as I was kept informed of progress. I would thoroughly recommend using this ticket agency.

We recently booked 2 lots of tickets for a gig by mistake. Staff at WeGotTickets were really helpful and prompt in their response to us. Unlike other ticket agents we communicated with a named person and were so impressed with them. Can’t thank them enough

We've used WeGotTickets a couple of times - most recently I didn't receive a confirmation email so I contacted them and got a very comprehensive response within a couple of hours, even over the weekend, and the email was resent with no issues. Things will always go wrong from time to time but this was efficient and reassuring customer service to get it fixed.
Needed my tickets for an event later on a Saturday. Will emailed me within 3/4 minutes and tickets were resent through. Fantastic service!
Very easy to get hold of someone to resolve my issue (which was to try and get a refund on 2 tickets). Zin looked for options available and then contacted the venue to see if the tickets could re-sold. After agreeing this with the venue he managed to re-small the tickets and process a refund all within 24hrs. Kept me updated all the way along.

Their customer service is really really good. Their website ticketing system is clear and easy to use and their fees are very reasonable. As a gig goer and event organiser I love using wegottickets. An example of their quality customer service is I mistakenly reallocated my tickets so I emailed them for support. Within 30 mins they had sorted out my mistake, reallocated tickets to the correct person and myself and emailed me back to confirm.Exactly what you want from a friendly and efficient service.
