I bought tickets for an event through we got tickets but unfortunately I was unable to attend due to a sudden a&e visit. I contacted we got tickets about a refund and they were extremely helpful. Buying the tickets was an easy process as well, it’s all straight to the point! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had misplaced my confirmation letter for a gig and got in touch with WeGotTickets for assistance. Realy helpful, friendly but efficient and professional. Always respond quickly to a query and if an event is cancelled or rescheduled they process a refund very quickly with no drama or hassle. Excellent
The event was postponed to a date I was unable to make. I messaged them to ask for a refund and was messaged shortly after to say that the refund had been organised despite it being out of office hours and on a Sunday. Great customer service
I wasn't able to make the gig so asked if I could sell on as it had a wait list. Venue didn't confirm it was allowed but they gave refund anyway. Excellent service.
My wife and I unintentionally bought 4 tickets each for the same event when we thought, mistakenly, that our first attempt to purchase those tickets had not succeeded. Realising subsequently from our credit card statement that two transactions for the same event were listed we contacted WeGotTickets who very promptly checked the situation and arranged a refund for us.
I have recently purchased gigs for Conflict in Swindon. Sadly I couldn't find the E Tickets in my email account. Tayla was very helpful in responding to my queries promptly and issuing me with the tickets again. Thanks very much.
