Booked an event which was cancelled by the event organiser. wegottickets.com refunded the ticket price but kept the booking fee. WHY??? I did not request a refund. It was done from their end, so not sure why I am left out of pocket for an event I didn't even get to see??? customer service keeps sending me emails explaining why they are not refunding the booking fee. End result for me remains: I incurred expenses for an event I didn't see!

I booked some tickets for an event with in effect a 10% booking charge, days later its cancelled and the booking charge was not refunded. I am in the process of complaining but being told "Tough" in effect. "Honest Ticketing" that has given me a giggle. The amount of money is nominal (£3) but it seems it could just be a way of making money with non events. Thats 100% my experience. Like I said I have queried it but being told tough. Book tickets through this platform and essentially my experience was do it, it gets cancelled two days later (Weeks before the event) and they keep the booking fee. great

Ticketing an event is a doddle with their easy to use website system . In the rare occasions I needed to contact someone from admin I got a clear response in no time at all . Always a nice and supporting word too. Fabulous .

I was due to go to a concert tonight (Frets at Strathven Hotel) but have a broken ankle and decided it was too much for me. I called WeGotTickets yesterday and spoke to Zin. I expected to be on hold for ages but the phone was answered really quickly. Zin was helpful, friendly and put my tickets back out for sale. They have now sold and Zin let me know. Very impressed by the personal, efficient and friendly service. Sadly in a world of AI and BOTs, this is increasingly rare.
