I wanted to change a booking that I had made. I enjoyed a prompt, positive, friendly and professional response to my query. First names were used throughout and I got the feeling that I was getting a personal service. I got helpful and positive solution to my problem within 24 hours. Everyone followed through on what they said they would do.

For the best customer service you will ever receive. I could not find my tickets within an hour Will found the reason (my fault not theirs I had a typo) he sorted the issue my tickets are in the site and all sorted. So polite, efficient and accurate and I cannot recommend them enough Thank you

Brought ticket for the Kingsingers in Horsham and paid extra to protect my ticket,as due to being registered disabled with mobility issues things change.My father in law was taken ill meaning my partner could not take me to the event,she is always with me if we go out in case anything happens,so decided to get a refund on my ticket.They asked me to get forms signed from my father in laws consultant,Doctor which I’m sure is against the data protection laws.I found this ridiculous and am in the process of taking this further with a solicitor to see where I stand.What the hell was the point of paying ticket protection!!
Bought two tickets on line but no receipt, pdf or confirmatory email appeared. Contacted these guys on line on a Saturday pm - and the problem was resolved on the same day. Massively re-assuring for future purchases!
After making a mistake with my booking I contacted WGT and in no time Zin replied then sorted it out perfectly. Much appreciated.

Feb 19,2024Great service from Zin at Wegottickets. Had an anomaly on some tickets I’d bought as they weren’t showing in my account and credit card was showing pending. We didn’t want to miss the show but didn’t know if we had tickets or not. Zin assured me the card payment had failed for some reason and wouldn’t be debited allowing me to rebook. I then realised I need to change the lead name on the tickets and was guided how to do that. Great speedy support.
