Aug 09,2024I stupidly purchased tickets for Stuart Mitchell on the wrong night ! Emailed Wegottickets asking if I could swap for another night …had a response straight away saying they would look into my request ..within 18 hrs had another email from ZIN saying they had contacted the venue and would get back to me …few hrs later they had swapped my tickets and even refunded me the difference in price ..outstanding customer service and speedy response…would definitely book tickets through this company again Thanks again

Aug 06,2024I purchased an extra ticket for a gig I'm going to soon for a friend. I put the wrong name on the booking and Will and Zin couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying my mistake. My enquiry was answered super quick and the newly issued ticket was sent to me. Very helpful, efficient and professional.
