Great service, tickets received quickly
Honestly the best customer service I've recieved from any company, ever. We were running a festival with a 50+ events over 10 days and they just could not have been more helpful, friendly, and professional... An absolute dream to work with.
The customer service was great. I had to cancel my purchased tickets due to an emergency (lost passport) and they totally understood that it was a situation completely out of my hands. They were very supportive and empathetic.

We Got Tickets responded to my query about reallocating very quickly. Not only did they explain how to do it but offered and did it for me. Exceptional service and went that extra step to be super helpful, which was a bonus for me. This does not happen very often these days !
Have dealt with WGT a few times due to regularly buying tickets for local comedy shows and they have always been really speedy and helpful in their responses, particularly today with Will :)
Ticket companies got a lot of flack for their poor customer service so I really want to shout out some great customer service from We Got Tickets and in particular from Zin. I emailed to change some tickets to a different date, they changed them and then when I realised I'd made a mistake, they changed them back. Polite emails, really helpfuly and generally great expereince. Thank you!
Had booked tickets to see a band. Unfortunately became very ill and was unable to go. Quite angry that this company wouldn't even consider selling them on. I don't see the problem with selling on and refunding. Poor service. In reply, I believe the venue opened at 13.00 hrs and the band was on at 14.00 hrs.
We had an issue with attending an underground event in Soton as Hubby injured his leg while running the day before( so was struggling to walk) Zin responded to my message and after a few messages was able to contact the guide( as in reality I think we may have been the only people booked on the tour) These tickets have now been transferred to another tour as hopefully his leg will be sorted by then. Thank you for helping us sort this out.
I wanted to buy tickets as gifts for two family members. The reallocation process was straightforward. I wanted to reallocate the tickets to two individuals rather than putting them both in one person's name, so I asked for support, which was provided instantly and was very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding customer service and communication from WeGotTickets. I inadvertently bought 2 extra tickets for a local gig I was attending, WeGotTickets managed to resell the tickets and refunded me the ticket price. Thank you!
