Yet another person with a parcel stuck at the forever depot. Its been there since the morning of 29 November with no update and Whistl will only talk with the seller. I will avoid any company in future that uses Whistl.

The tracking service shows that my parcel has been sat in their depot since the 18th November. I contacted Whistl though their live chat and was informed that they would only discuss the location of my parcel with the sender, very helpful. When the sender contacted them they never received a response. Why are companies still using Whistl as a delivery service.

COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY with a totally incompetent (lack of) customer service. My order has been sat in their depot but Ashley completely can't/ won't do anything. I will ensure that I swerve this firm - just wish I had read the similar reviews as I would have ensured they were not responsible for my shipment. I can see now why they have so many poor reviews with an overall 1.5 star rating.

whistl are a great company and iv always received my items on time. its actually not whistl that deliver. Its delivered by the royal mail :) so if its ever late, best to contact them. Good luck!

Ordered a couple of Personalised Christmas Gifts in November. Got a tracking number on 27th November from whistl.. at Depot. Updated 7th DECEMBER as In transit.. Now you can't contact WHISTL... they say ask the retailer! But the sent it. Now 13th and guess what IN TRANSIT still... NO WAY OF CONTACTING THIS SHOWER ! It won't come now for Christmas I am sure but as I ordered in November it should have done. IT IS THE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS BAD. The retailer said 'wait a few days and we will send out another' No point.. it's for Christmas and with Whistl.. well whistle for it, not likely you will get it.m

Another ‘At Depot’ example. Originally my book was meant to be delivered a week ago, but the online tracking has been ‘At Depot’ for over a week. At least manage our expectations when it’s obvious the delivery date will not be met. Nothing on the customer service to help

Taking the p*ss is putting it lightly I have been waiting over a week for my parcel to be delivered it's been sitting in their depot for a week and apparently, they "tried" to deliver my parcel yesterday no one in the house heard a knock we were all in now I'll have to call up to see what's going on I think laziness is what's going on here because we all definitely hear the door being knocked every single time

Parcel left propped against my door at 9:30 p.m. in full view of anyone walking past and despite the fact that I have a lockable parcel box.

Would have given zero stars if an option -Ordered a book on line that was to be delivered by these Cowboys, but has now been in transit (Whistl Glasgow) since 24th November with no update - tracking no L12931111000311166. Going by the recent reviews on here they don't seem to deliver anything so assume I am likely never to receive the book.

Another person stuck in the "parcel at the depot" hole here. First parcel is apparently still at the depot a month after ordering. The sender kindly sent out a 2nd which should have arrived a week ago. I check the tracking and oh look, its stuck In the depot again. I will probably never get these parcels, shocking company.

A 'stuck in the depot' parcel for me too. Can't understand why people/companies are choosing to use this delivery service. Going on the other reviews, I have basically now lost £30. Do the delivery vans even exist?

I ordered from a company over a month ago. A few days later the tracking said collected, shortly after (16th November) it was at the depot. It was still saying at depot on the 28th November. After several attempts to contact the company I’d ordered from, I received a response and the status changed to “in transit”. It is now the 7th December, and no movement since the 28th November! It is extremely frustrating and annoying! So, I don’t expect to ever see this order, but the company I ordered from are sending out a new parcel for me. Hopefully that doesn’t get stuck in the void that is Whistl.

Ordered a new bed. Tracking said Thursday or Friday last week. On Friday said will be with you before 8 pm. I'm 70 y.o. with damaged vertebrae at the top of my back, very painful unless I get good comfortable sleep. Because it said with you by 8 pm I sent my old bed to the tip on the Friday am. You've guessed it, no show. But it doesn't end there. Today (the following Tuesday) The tracking changed to attempted delivery yesterday. I hadn't moved yesterday and there was no atempt to deliver my new bed but get this, can't post pictures so I will copy paste the info - 3:03 PM Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible LONDON CENTRAL (MIV), 2:06 PM Out for delivery LONDON CENTRAL (MIV), 1:42 PM Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible LONDON CENTRAL (MIV), Note 2 attempts at delivery one before it was even dispatched. Unbelievable, they're as good at manipulating tracking as they are at deliveries. I'm sleeping on the floor on cushions with my back. A disgraceful company.

Online tracking for two items ordered and sent via this courier showing as in limbo for over two weeks. Cycling through different statuses but never out for delivery. No helpful info on the Whistl website. Contacted seller for it to be resent only to see all the similar reviews here. No confidence that I’ll get my replacement items either now.

Another shoddy delivery company. My order clearly labelled as live plants and to keep the right way up were thrown over a 6ft gate. The driver clearly couldnt be bothered to use the visible doorbell or the parcel drop box by the same gate. Would not recommend any reputable company to use these for their deliveries.

Another bunch of cowboys. Parcel arrived whilst we were out. Found it on the back garden path behind the side gate. A good 8 feet from the gate. It can only have been thrown over. Also not waterproof. Sheer luck that the contents weren't damaged and lucky it didn't rain. No respect for customers

Tracked Parcel has been sitting in warehouse for over a week… they said they tried to deliver it twice but absolutely did not as I was in the whole time.

Hugely disappointed with the service. The tracking stated the item was on it's way to me and would arrive by 8pm. I waited in all day and was advised shortly after 8pm that the delivery was "running late". It still hasn't arrived. The supplier has now given me a full refund. I wouldn't normally post a negative review but this is yet another failed delivery without explanation nor apology. I am awaiting 2 more items but have no confidence I will receive them.....Service definitely needs improvement!!

3 of 3 deliveries missed or lost, my last delivery was stuck in their depot and don't move for a week, and it is not a big parcel, just a large letter... and 3 of these deliveries were trackable. who knows how much-untracked stuff is lost and never delivered =/ 1 of the 3 is unfortunate 2 of the 3 is really bad service, with a nice apology and chocolate I can believe I was just unlucky and the stars aligned this way 3 of the 3 is a law. law of bad service, the law of decrease and incompetency, it is just... no words. if there were strikes, I understand that it is a 1-2 day delay, maybe 3, not a week when parcels do not move anywhere. from your depot!
