Awful. Just awful. Tracking number with no details. Had to phone Amazon re 'Where's my stuff'. No idea where it is or when I'll get it. Absolutely disgusted and no idea how they stay in business.

Absolutely shocked. This company need investigating. During annual leave I waited in for a gift I'd ordered and paid for. I've just tracked the order to find they say they have tried and failed to deliver my parcel on days I've been home listening for the door! Then finally it states I refused to accept the parcel?!!! Who ordered parcels and refused to accept them?? I'm furious

Not sure how this company stays in business it really should be in the taxi business where driving your customers away is a positive attribute. Ordered a plant tub on 11th July for delivery by 15th. It is now the early hours of the 17th which is bad enough but the tracking shows "Shipment Details Created" which is dated 12th, in other words even now there is not the slightest indication of when this will be delivered, if ever ( it also suggests they have not even collected the item). I have now requested a refund from seller and will leave an appropriate review on Amazon. Tracking Number H00IEA0035570327

Even PLANTED good reviews cant save this companies image. They arnt even clever enough to change the wording in each good review which always includeas reference to Whistl's account manager, and are always from companies that use Whistl to send their items. Well you may have the cheapest delivery company in Whistl, but its your customers that are suffering, and they will soon go ellsewhere. Pay peanuts, you get monkeys !!!

This delivery was a living plant which was ordered on 2nd July. It spent 4 days at the hub. It is now 10th July and still hasn’t arrived. Obviously the time it has been in transit this plant will be dead. If it DOES ARRIVE! Why does Amazon use this Carrier when it has so many negative reviews. A very disgruntled customer. Get your act together Whistl.

Clueless muppets. Only this company can “deliver” something and say its “delayed” at the same time on their tracker. They make you wait at home all day for nothing.

I ordered this item based on when I could expect delivery. It was dispatched a week ago and was supposed to arrive on the 1st - 2nd July. The seller said the delay is to be blamed on the delivery company, Whistl. This delivery company is one of the worst I have come across. They have no regard of the problem caused with late delivery if at all. In my case, I ordered a curtain rod for my guest bedroom for friends arriving today. I have had to tape the curtains to the wall because of these people not delivering in the time mentioned when placing the order..... They don't deserve even the 1 star I'm loath to give

Of all the courier companies I've dealt with, this one has to be by far the worst!! Either the drivers lie or the tracking is useless. Waited in all day yesterday on the basis my parcel was out for delivery (as at 06.35). Only to go on early evening to see its been "with the courier" at 09.22, no further updates till I go onto the tracking today 01.07.21 to find it was "delivered" at 13:27 30.06.21 and delivery attempted at 17:03 and again at 18:03 and now showing as out for delivery again. I can categorically confirm no such attempt to deliver was made. Not only was I in all day, but I also have CCTV that proves no vehicle pulled up at the times specified. Absolute shambles of a company!!! Not only is there no way to speak to someone but the FAQs are an absolute waste of time!! Parcel ID: H00IEA0032630500 Update: so here we are again, 06:04 and 07:04 out for delivery, but then received by courier 09:15 and 10:15. So who's out delivering and who is the courier (when I thought Whistl was the courier?!?!), Anyway, after the chaos of the tracking, the parcel has eventually arrived.

Really dont understand this company... bought an item from Ebay. Started royal mail 24 so assumed next day. After 3 days it says a company called whistl has it which I've never heard of so I google it. Not much info apart from bad reviews.... another day so 4 days later I finally find where I can track the parcel and then it says "handed over to royal mail".... so does that mean this company just picks up the mail and hands it to a delivery company.... what is the point!!!

Got an email saying my item is out for delivery. I go to tracking and it says it has been delivered, yet it HASN'T!! There is no customer service for these people and says to contact the person I bought from. What kind of a delivery service is this?! Terrible.

Honestly don't see why any business would use Whistl. They are being paid to pick up a parcel, sit on it for a few days and hand it over to RM (usually RM in my experience but could be one of the other delivery companies)..... Why pick Whistl who add extra days onto your delivery when you could just go direct....surely the missing parcels, 30 day delays, dead plants, rotten items are just not worth any possible savings using them. I try to avoid any company that uses Whistl and make it very clear to the person using Whistl that I will never be shopping with them again for using Whistl. The only "delivery" company that doesn't even make any deliveries yet is worse than Hermes....that's a talent and a half.

MY parcel was out for delivery. Then apparently it was delivered. Then it was out for delivery. My parcel could literally be anywhere in the UK. Useless. Absolutely useless.

Where do I begin. 1 lost item and the tracking has stopped updating. The tracking states the package has been handed to another courier but they do not have it. Contacted Whistl and they said to contact the sender. Another package arrived only for the contents to be stolen (deodorant refill from Wild). Of course I contacted Whistl and it's not their fault and I must contact the seller. Do they actually care? I suppose they will reply to my review asking me to contact them. Why? So they can tell me to contact the sender again. Utter joke of a company.

Wish I could give 0 or even -1 star. I just read a review below which sounds like my exact experience.... ordered from Groupon nearly 2 weeks ago. First part of order came fine, second still waiting. Said it was going to be delivered today but no luck. Waited in all day, nothing came. Whistl now says “delivered” the tracking is an absolute mess chopping and changing everywhere it has supposedly been. I then popped the tracking number into Hermes and it works and description is that it couldn’t gain access to the property. Groupon say I have to speak to Whistl, Whistl won’t speak to me either. I’m so lost and it wasn’t a cheap order either. I feel so frustrated and not sure what else to do. UPDATE - H00IEA0027116743 Please advise. Thanks.

I would actually like to give 0 stars. Still waiting to find out where my parcel is. Seller says parcel was dispatched on Monday and Whistl tracking details were given. Whistl say on the tracking that the parcel was handed over to carrier which is Hermes but no update since then and that was on Monday! Hermes still waiting for the parcel from Whistl. Have paid a lot of money for this item and no idea if I will even receive it! Customer service at Whistl are not helpful and tell you to contact the seller because it is a breach of GDPR to tell me where my parcel is despite the seller having given me tracking details and so have now contacted the seller and waiting to see what will happen but just want my parcel to be delivered as ordered as a gift! At the moment I am waiting for my third parcel from Thompson and Morgan to be mishandled by Whistl. The first were plug plants that were dead on arrival due to lengthy delay. T & M replaced without a quibble and the replacement reached us safely. Ordered more plants, the parcel was out for delivery then disappeared off the systems of Whistl and Hermes altogether.Told T&M who, again, sent replacements. In the meanwhile he original order was suddenly delivered 2 weeks late in a much battered state. At the moment am now waiting to see if the replacements will be delivered. They were due yesterday between 5-7pm by Hermes, no plants. This am Whistl told me they had been delivered at 10 am yesterday. When challenged, they tracked at Hermes and admitted the parcel was still waiting delivery. I feel sorry for Thompson and Morgan, who are excellent, but I will think twice before ordering from them again due to their shipper. As for Hermes their customer services are useless but up until now I have never had a problem with them. Maybe they don't work well with Whistl.

I’ve had a parcel delivered I don’t know who it’s from.....it’s been delivered to an address in Sheffield I live in Essex....trying to contact Hermes and parcel said it’s from you no answers form either company Beyoncé frustrating

First and last time I will be using Whistl. It says my package is delivered but it never delivered. I was home all day. No knock, no nothing. Try to contact them, they said, contact your sender. No tracing, no information about what the driver did with it. Nothing. Left in the dark. Little care in the world. I am a little angry to say the least. Ruined my day.

Unfortunately it would appear my supplier has moved to despatching via Whistl. First (and probably last consignment if the following is the norm) Check tracking: Out for delivery: Your parcel has been scheduled for delivery to its destination. All well and good, but when?? Useless.
