On 24th March I received an email to say my order had been dispatched. When tracking my order it keeps saying item processed by Whistl weight capture. I do not understand what this means and cannot find out when my order will be delivered. I wonder what state my live plants will be in if and when they are delivered. Tracking number: L2000111002130722001 Not the most user friendly service.

I have been waiting over a week now for my parcel tried tracking and all it says is shipment created, theirs no way of actually contacting them to find out where my parcel is I'm absolutely disgusted

Still waiting for my parcel, tracked it last day for delivery was Thursday 18th March by 8pm. 8pm nothing. Tracker said sorry your parcel is late. It will be delivered by the 22nd. I have never ever had any problems with other delivery companies. I shall in future when ordering if you are the delivery company, I will cancel my order. I shall also make a complaint to Amazon that you are very poor and that's an understatement.

I ordered 3 s/h dvds from 3 different companies 2 sent theirs by Royal Mail, they arrived in the prescribed time, one was sent by whistl on checking the order I was informed it would arrive before 10 pm, no show, message to day order running late, no way of checking, so far every order I have placed that has been delivered by whistl has come late, in future any order that I place that shows delivery by them I will cancel and go elsewhere, why any company would use them is beyond me.

According to your tracking number your parcel was handed over to Hermes and therefore they are the courier company that would have delivered your item. Hopefully they will be able to provide you with further information. https www myhermes co uk help and support/ contact us . Many thanks Why was it even passed over to Hermes? I know my local Hermes driver and she’s very reliable, I just think you are fobbing me off, do you have an actual contact email address or formal complaints line? I want to talk to a member if your team properly! - To make this a review for people out there this is my 1 star (0/10) for the absolute rubbish customer care! They don’t want to admit they messed up, or put any mess ups right, absolutely terrible service, I will be in touch with Hermes but I wasn’t informed it moved over to Hermes so I won’t believe you if I’m honest, I think your just lying to fob me off elsewhere!

OK so been waiting for a company to deliver an item for nearly two weeks. Finally got a tracking number for Whistl which is L1213411000055365001. The online tracker now says handed to Royal Mail - So how are you supposed to track the item now and when can I expect to receive it?

Ordered something from Amazon who used these as their courier and as other reviews suggest, they're useless. Give you a very vague delivery slot of "before 8pm" and still can't hit their targets. Tracking system is pretty much none existing and contact system/customer service about the same. Going to give th seller a similar score just for using this waste of space courier.

We have been with Whistl for nearly 2 years and have found them to be the most relaible partner we have ever used. Their systems are very user friendly and the customer support we get is second to none. I would recommend them to anybody considering using Whistl services. Consumate professionals.

Drivers collecting are parcels are polite and friendly. Issues with collections and needing to contact an account manager is very difficult. Messages are not replied to and not informed of any issues.

If you sell to consumers DON'T USE WHISTL! Utterly useless, no transparency for the recipient as to what company has the package or when it might be delivered. They have my live plants, shown as being Out for Delivery, then With Carrier, then Out for Delivery then Delay in Carrier network etc etc. Proper courier companies will give a timed delivery window and allow tracking of the driver so the recipient knows exactly when to expect the item.

Whistl have had my plant order for a week - I have no expectation that the plants will be alive when they arrive - if they ever do. Can't contact them, can't contact the actual courier who apparently has them. A real crap service. Not sure why I even gave them one star!

I bought a Mother’s Day gift and I was told it was going to get here in time. It’s clearly not. I’m so disappointed. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. The parcel tracking was only updated today after being behind for over two days.

Hi, Was told my order would be delivered by you today. Continued to be told this all the way up to the time I was told it would be delivered before (8pm). At which point I then get a 'sorry it's late' message but nothing more. I've been getting messages since this morning saying it is out for delivery and now suddenly it's vanished and all your tracking page says is shipment details created, with no explanation of what that means. My tracking number is H00IEA0002433746. Please let me know what is happening here. Thanks

Was suppose to get parcel which I had notification to receive by the 10th however still no item. The parcel contains mother's day gifts which I'm clearly not receiving in time. Tracking service has not been updated either & had no help whatsoever. Basically spent £50 on items as well as delivery to not come in time.... L1211321000084476001

Order was dispatched on Friday - due to be delivered on monday and on tracking it just says shipping details generated and thats it?? Going by all the other reviews I imagine I will never see the item I ordered. Don't understand why anyone uses them!

Absolutely atrocious. Every time I use a company that has these cowboys to collect from them I have problems with the deliveries. Just hand directly to Royal Mail instead. At least then we know our goods get delivered. I ordered a Mothers Day gift for my grandson to give to his mother but although it should have been delivered by 06/03/21 I still haven't received it on 15/03/21. Thanks Whistle for wrecking my grandsons intentions on Mothers Day. You're an absolute disgrace. Every company what use Whistle are on my "NO GO" list as you just don't know if you'll get what you order.
