Whistl is a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality and competitively priced services across Parcels, Fulfilment, Business Mail, Advertising and Contact Centre both in the UK and internationally.
There are some terrible delivery companies around at the moment but by far the worst are these clowns. I will not be using retailers who insist upon using whistle, they can whistle.
Who is this awful company ‘whistl’? This is the very first time I have come into contact with this company and I hoping it is the last time, as my experience with them is awful. I ordered from Amazon, now Amazon is known for quick and speedy delivery, but this particular seller used this company whistl to deliver my order, ok waited 3 days already for delivery so I contacted the seller who told me whistl had a delay I had no update from whistl when I used there tracking service so I contacted the seller again, they said yes whistl has your order and there is a delay, so I called whistl to find out where my parcel is why is there a delay? A representative from whistl shouted down the phone saying there not a delivery service there only the account service and have nothing to do with deliveries, very rude! So I rang about half a hour later got another person who did track down my parcel and said Royal Mail has it, ok what’s the tracking number we don’t have that information, contact the seller, which I did I they did have a clue why royal mail has it and as not been notified. Anyway just check with my tracking number and would you believe it, whistl has still have my parcel in transit......... whistl still has had my parcel even up to now and still have not receive it, whistl gets a zero score from me if I could give zero for slow delivery service, non existent customer service, and do not update there tracking service after 3 days. ( Please Amazon remove this courier from delivering Amazon orders because they let your delivering service down! )
If I could give Zero stars I would! What is the point of being given a tracking number when it is not recognised by their system?! I got the message: "Unfortunately, your parcel reference number does not match a parcel reference number created on our system. This could be because the courier has changed the tracking number used while the parcel is in transit. For more help locating your order please visit our Help Centre"! Helpless centre more like! There was absolutely NO useful information or guidance on it. A Joke of a company!!
Totally useless service. Ordered from ebay, with tracking number, got a message saying driver has tried to deliver but no sign. I am the receiver, waiting for a parcel from Ebay. I want to provide a door code for the delivery man to get in. And I am told, by Elizabeth B, that this cannot be done by anyone other than the account holder. Who is some company on Ebay, who I do not want to give my door code to. I want to give it to the tracking company, much like you can do with DPD, royal mail, amazon etc. In addition, your customer service lady was unempathetic, and came across rude, and kept repeating herself saying that only the account holder could make changes. You should really consider changing your policy to allow the person who is receiving a parcel to add their delivery instructions as it has NOTHING to do with the seller. Terrible service.
Ordered from ebay. Delivery date 5/10. 2 days ive been in waiting, and to now get emails saying driver has tried delivering again, same as yesterday......joke of company
Whistl are supposed to be delivering a parcel when I went to track it, it says they handed it to royal mail, what is the point of being a delivery company if they can't do the job properly
As per previous review claimed they'd attempted delivery at 16:33? My motion triggered cctv says different & I've been here all day, no one's called. Blatant liars! Quick update delivered today without notice, lucky I was in but at least item turned up.
Claiming to have attempt at deliver 03/10/2020 - 16:46 Delivery Attempt Nobody knocked on door or rang doorbell, if you aren't going to make it for delivery on a Saturday don't make up you attempted to deliver.
My item never arrived the website is useless and provides no way of contacting whistl customer services.
If I could give less than a 1 I would!! Waited in all day for a parcel yesterday. Delivery by 8pm. Got a message to say it would be delivered by 9pm. Waited until 10.30pm nothing. Checked this morning delivery showing at 12.59pm some how I don’t think they deliver at that time of night. Phoned yodel they say it was delivered. Categorically it was not. Had a bag of compost I ordered on Amazon. Allegedly delivered by Whistl yesterday but never arrived!

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about my order arriving but it actually came on the day it was supposed to- no issues at all!
Like some awful 90s useless delivery company. No ability to do anything like leave a note, no call from driver delivering on a Saturday to a business. Can't even contact anyone and such random delivery times. Stay away from them. Makes Yodel look like UPS.
Booked Annual leave off work for the delivery of my mattress. Was due 09/09/20-11/09/20, by 8pm last night I received an Amazon notification saying sorry but my parcel is delayed. Today I received a message saying they tried to deliver yesterday at 19:11. I was home and no delivery was attempted and no card left etc..
This company, manages a group of courier companies. Instead of a seller using a single courier company, they use whistle, who utilize many different companies to make the deliveries. The thing with whistl is, they will work to get ANY courier company on their platform, the more the better for them. Regardless of the quality of service provided by that courier company. So if your item has gone missing during transit, or if its damaged, whistl will not own up to it even though they are 'managing' the operation. They 'pass on the buck' and tell you to contact the courier company and do your own homework. EVEN if this courier company that whistl allocated has non existing customer service. So your pretty much messed up in a loop. Whistl allocated HERMES (non existent customer service) (everyone knows HERMES is a courier company that isnt up to par) to send my delivery. My delivery isnt here. According to Amazon WHISTL is my first point of contact. And rightfully so as they ARE the company that alocated the delivery to HERMES. But WHISTL dont accept liability. They will tell you to contact the courier company. WHISTL already made their money. They are no longer interested in your delivery. The cheek. Hermes updated their delivery schedule saying they had 'problems with access' to my ground floor entrance non gated detached house, on 2 occasions. Both occasions my CCTV shows no one even approached my door let along park infront of my house. A fake delivery, twice. Infact the second day, i was infront of my front door the whole day doing major service work on my motorbike. Other deliveries came, but suprise suprise, not Hermes. WHISTL allocated Hermes, they alocated this low stadardised company. But will not accept liability, or believe they have to even help you. According to the WHISLT customer service agent, if you ask what exactly do they manage, you are raising your voice. So please do not ask such stupid questions. I really dont think they have a selection criteria when bringing in courier companies to their plarform. Which is something the ombudsman will now investigate. My advice to everyone, check with whoever youre ordering from that they are not using WHISTL. If they are stay well clear. And if you DO have an issue, then contact the OMBUDSMAN service. They will investigate your complaint and will also look to see how liable WHISTL are for these issues, as they themselves claim they Manage their network of courier services. Delivery still stated as at depot on amazon. Someone in all day and the fragile package lobbed over the gate with no note through the door by this absolute shower of clowns.
If only I could choose no stars, absolutely awful.

Oct 18,2020Ordered something for me dad off Amazon next day delivery as he absolutely needed it to use on the weekend. Nothing showed up. Checked the delivery status "arriving with Whistl" and has been in transit for days. Says it all doesn't it!
