Ordered from Thompson & Morgan - a Christmas gift for my wife. Received despatch confirmation advising Whistl was the delivery company. Googled reviews and panicked! Reviews are not good. My parcel arrived today, on time, and in perfect condition. My property is difficult to find, so very impressed. Maybe I am just lucky, but my experience, perhaps due to decent local couriers, was great. Tracking number 9200106148652222 I am always the first to post negative reviews when appropriate, but in this case I am pleasantly surprised.

Even after giving themselves a very generous 4-9 working day estimated delivery time for an order placed 3 weeks ago, they still managed to lose my parcel. How a courier even more incompetent than Hermes exists is beyond me. Look at their joke of a website and ask yourself? Would I even trust this company to clean a toilet, never mind deliver an order.

ORDERED A CUSTOM PIECE FOR DAUGHTER'S FIRST HOME. AFTER 16 DAYS THIS COMPANY BURY THEIR HEADS... NO PACKAGE... NO CONTACT ON A CHEAP BUILT WEBSITE! SAFE TO SAY THAT PARCEL FORCE HAVE GOT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. AVOID ON LINE BUYING IF THESE GUYS ARE MEANT TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES

I was tracking a parcel sent from Printster. Up until a couple of hours ago, the tracking was working. Now all it says is the message below. Nigh on useless if they change the tracking number and don't let you know it, kind of defeats the use of the word 'tracking'. It gets two stars for the start of the process; shame, it seemed to be going so well. " Unfortunately, your parcel reference number does not match a parcel reference number created on our system. This could be because the courier has changed the tracking number used while the parcel is in transit." **EDIT Perhaps my original two stars was a little harsh. Still, it's not a good experience when your parcel appears to end up in limbo. I have now received a tracking number from Hermes; maybe Whistl need to improve their capture and communication of tracking numbers from third parties so as not to put themselves into the position of getting harsh reviews from customers. **EDIT Back down to 1 star. Whistl, by their use of their proxy Hermes have been pathetic. No attempted delivery, not even a card left, and it's being returned to sender. Shocking. Don't use Hermes!

Parcels were shipped in OCTOBER through this company. No tracking no nothing its disgraceful. Two separate orders are just missing and apparently I'm not able to raise a complaint until it has been 40 business days? I can't imagine in 2020 anyone being dumb enough to offer an untracked parcel service to Australia. Absolutely useless. If I ever see another company using this shipping service again I will be sure to not place my order. No one can tell me where my parcel is or if it has even made it into Aus yet its horrible.

This is an absolutely ridiculous company. I ordered my item on 26th November 2020 and it still has not arrived. I have contacted the seller who states it should have arrived by 3rd December. I have tried tracking the parcel on Whistl and there is no update since 2nd December. So it has been in transit allegedly for 2 weeks!!!! This is the worst company (worse than Hermes), I have ever known who for some reason are unable to update their tracking information! I would like to know where my parcel is as it is a Christmas present for my daughter and we are now 1 week away from Christmas!! Unless I have an update on where it is or receive my package I will be taking this further. Tracking number is L1107911000059976001

Seems pretty pointless to be able to track a parcel till you hand it to royal mail...then the parcel is untracked and I have no clue whether it has been delivered or not.

Ordered new bedding from Amazon 25th Nov, dispatched 26th Nov...8 days later, no update on Whistl tracking...looks like parcel has been lost never to be found! Shocking service in this day and age why would anyone use these people???? Waste of time and money!

Tracked up until handover to Royal Mail but don't tell you which Royal Mail parcel office it's been sent to - how the hell am I supposed to know where my parcel is??? 2 weeks later Royal Mail still haven't delivered and when you phone up Whistl support they brush you off rudely as it's no longer their responsibility?? Blows my mind you aren't able to tell me which office my parcel has been sent to - absolutely brainless service.

Tracking system says the item was delivered at 15:24 to my neighbour... Bullsh*t. Checked my CCTV which faces the only entrance to my street. No delivery attempted at all. Oh I lie... Hermes turned up and i watched them throw a parcel over my tall garden gate, that had my wine glasses in it. Delightful.

Don't care. Passed parcel to horrible Hermes who this week, for two deliveries told us, we don't exist, or todays delight, dumped it into a puddle next to a dry door matt. Avoid Whistl a faceless, careless company who pass the buck.
