I ordered 5 small postal boxes from ebay on 24th August it took Whistl 7 days to get these from the supplier to Royal Mail finally got them on 3rd September.

Terrible it says delivered but haven’t had any delivery what so ever pls help befor I sue u all for being con artist !!!

ITEM NEVER DELIVERED Website states item was delivered on 21/08/2020 at 12:50pm. I was in all day and no delivery was made by this company. CCTV of the front foor also evidences that no delivery was attempted or made. Please advise how to resolve ASAP. Tracking ID:JD0002247002113154

After having ordered some carboad boxes ebay I noticed the company used this company to deliver there goods, first time round they left them outside the door for anyone in communal area to just take whilst we were not in. Second time tracking showed very little no hourly time frame or anything they buzz the door we answer after 10 mins wondered where he was only to find he drove off leaving the boxes outside the building! I mean really what kinda service is this! First time we heard of this company and sure hell will never use to send goods.

I would never think I will write this review but people need to be aware of this company! Today apparently they delivered my parcel at 10:24 to my house?? Actually I was at that time in front of my house with my neighbour- we were putting kids in to the car seats. There was no courier or parcel delivered at that time to my address. Sooo...Where did you delivered it to?! 3864961149114526- tracking number says delivered!- can someone inform me 'where'???

parcel collected 20/8 13 06. in transit delay missorted by carrier 21/8 04 01 21/8 with carrier. 23/8 12.42 received by carrier hub 23/8 12.43 received by carrier hub 23/8 13.10 received by carrier hub WHERE IS IT WHEN WILL I GET IT this is from tracking site worst delivery firm i have had to deliver parcel

no update in the website only label created 4 days ago. an i tracked the number through other website its mentioned that it was delived and no need to sign because of covid19 DUH!!! so yes my shipment has been stolen :) im not sure why the websites dealing with them !! .. this is an update yes finally i recieved the package in my mail box and waiting it .. but still its a bad company b cus there is no status update and its late

I ordered a package almost a month ago from an online vendor. The confirmation told me to use Whistl tracking to follow the status of the package. When Iteyto do so, it tells me the parcel tracking number has been changed and they can not find it. I tried to call 3 times and each time I was sent to voicemail. I am still waiting for my package and can not for the life of me find it through their tracking system. The tracking number that I received is YT2021621266117332.

Leaving one star is far too generous for this joke of a delivery company. Placed an order with an online retailer, and advised my goods will arrive in three boxes. In my mind, I expected to recieve three boxes delivered together by the same driver. No such luck... So far I have received 2 boxes, delivered by two different drivers. There is no sign of the third box, no tracking for it, and neither of the two drivers who have delivered the other boxes know or care where it is! My advice is to avoid buying from any retailer who uses this company for their deliveries.

I would have given no stars of possible. Call yourselves a courier, twice missed delivery, with no updates. I trade with reliable couriers every day, and there's no excuse for you poor service.

Item not received. Zero communication or updates from the courier about when it would be. No calling card left. Only found out days later from the seller's website that it had been "delivered" after one "delivery attempt". Well, no item is with me. No courier has visited the address in the last week. Goodness knows where the item was supposedly delivered to. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. I've taken it up with the sender (an online vendor), as it is ultimately their responsibility to ensure safe receipt of goods to the customer. Presumably, they have contacted you already.

Absolutely terrible, is this a real company? I've been waiting for a package that supposedly they attempted to deliver twice, but I've been home the entire time. No one came by, no one left a note, and good luck getting a hold of anyone to call them out on their lies. Every phone number associated with Whistl either rings endlessly or goes straight to voicemail. What a waste of time. I hope this seller never uses them again.

Really really poor service- we ordered a special live plant - checked the website saying it’s been picked up. A week later we contacted them (a feat in itself) they can’t find it, can’t do anything about it and don’t seem to care. A not so caring customer focused company- we send a lot by couriers - guess who we will never use!

No information about where my parcel is currently. No one to contact to find out where it is and when i will get it. its definitely is a dodgy set up the way this company operates. dot use businesses that use this delivery service.

Further to my review of 3 days ago, I received a reply requesting the tracking number. No email address to send it to??? No phone number??? So, if anyone out there at Hermes/Whistl is interested, my tracking number was 1825676148979928. I'm expecting another parcel of plants, not holding my breath as to if they'll be any good. I may find them on my doorstep too!!!

Generally, items take an incredibly long time to arrive through them. On one occasion, the item was marked as out for delivery for weeks before I finally contacted them. They told me the tracking number was invalid (even though I was looking at the tracking information it gave me on the screen while talking to them!) and I had to contact the seller. Then the tracking mysteriously changed to say it had been delivered which it hadn't. Nor had it been left with a neighbour. In the end, I had to work with the company I ordered from to arrange a refund. Whistl were unhelpful throughout.

Item was delivered when I was out. The parcel was left on the front doorstep on a main road in full view of anyone passing by. There are two prominent notices on the front door requesting callers use the rear entrance which is out of view of the road. Just as well the item was not very valuable!

Do not use this company, shocking service. Almost sent us under with their shoddy service. Now chasing 5k for a service they didn't give us theatening to take us to court.

Livraison Whistl d’une commande effectuée sur Showroomprive.com, c’était une paire de lunettes Rayban d’une valeur de +/-100€ : le livreur m’appelle pour dire qu’il est là. Je lui dit que je descends, il me répond qu’il allait laisser un avis de passage dans ma boîte aux lettres. Je lui dis poliment de m’attendre car j’arrivais. Je me hâte pour ne pas le faire attendre, j’arrive au niveau des boites aux lettres de mon immeuble, je vois un colis posé au milieu de l’entrée, pas de livreur dans les parages. Non seulement leur outil pour le tracking est ridicule : mal fait, ok. Mais le livreur qui laisse un colis de valeur dans l’entrée, à la portée de tous, est juste inacceptable ! Non seulement Whistl est à blâmer mais Showroomprive.com également, de leur confier les colis ! D’autant plus qu’avec un problème sur une commande Showroom, la réclamation va être une galère sans nom !
