Waiting for a delivery - for which Whistl was used. Never heard of this company so was checking their tracking system. Yesterday - latest information was that the item was in delivery depot. Suddenly this changed to delivery attempted at 11.00 yesterday - when we were home all day. No delivery note - nothing. So decided to check all morning. Item out for delivery - so again stayed at home. Been checking for updates all morning and afternoon. Driver en route. Checked the tracking now - and apparently delivery attempted at 2.17. I even went down the flat to check the ringer and it’s all working fine. No note nothing. Absolute joke of a tracking and attempted delivery service. Can’t understand how a company can work like this. Don’t offer tracking on products if it isn’t updated regularly and also if delivery can’t be made, leave a note inside the house/ flat to let the recipients know. It’s just common sense. Not sure when I’ll receive it now - hopefully before the new year 🤷♂️
Bought a book from eBay with an estimated delivery time of 5 - 6 days using Royal Mail. Slow , as usually Royal Mail usually deliver within 2 - 3 days , even under current restrictions. But , I ordered anyway. I gave it 3 days after estimated delivery date and then complained to eBay. Seller replied saying that item had allegedly been posted only on what was actually supposed to be the delivery date. Got the item exactly seven days after book supposed to have been posted. Had a Whistl label on the package. Very slow. Are Whistl the equivalent of Yodel ? i.e. Hopeless
I am awaiting an important surgical procedure. A letter was sent to me from York Hospital dated the 2nd November 2020 informing me of an appointment on the 11th of NOVEMBER 2020. the letter arrived on the12TH OF NOVEMBER. I am now not going to be seen until January. York Hospital is 34 MILES AWAY What are you people doing. UTTERLY DISGUSTED.
I needed a new courier company that charged vat as my company is going vat registered soon, so thought I'd try these out as they do collections and I thought that would be great! No. Nothing was great. They are SO SLOW, like unbelievably slow, the amount of customers I have emailing me asking where their stuff is, is ridiculous!! I pray to god I don't get any bad reviews from this experience.

Tracking says Delivered.. load of Bullocks its Sunday and there is no way on earth you have been to my front door and knock on the door at 6:05pm and delivered a parcel... I have check my CCTV footage absolute bullocks..
Ordered via Amazon for an Item on the 2nd and Whistl took 3 days to register it in their system and it shows as "In Transit" for the last two days
I ordered a bespoke item on the 23rd October. It was acepted by Whistl on 26/10/2020 at 11:15 when the shipment details were created. We are now 9 working days later and it hasn't been passed on to a courier to deliver. Total Rubbish. Shipping Number L1211321000014262001
Delivered a book. Package opened. Unsuprisingly the person was not interested in reading so having broken the package open, slung it just hard enough to crumple the cover.
I live in small group of flats with a shared entrance. Package was left outside the building with no warning. No attempt to ring the doorbell (I was home all day) to get it inside the building, let alone to my door. No delivery notification so I didn't even realise it had been delivered until hours later. Rubbish. Package was at least delivered on the advertised date, undamaged - but going by previous reviews, that's probably just good luck.
I am awaiting a delivery of two pear trees from Thompson and Morgon, who themselves have had terrible reviews largely due to poor delivery service by Whistl. The items were "apparently not able to be delivered".....a total nonsense, and then returned to the depot. It then transpires that rather than send out again, the recipient has to chase the sender to get the order sent again!! Total faff which does neither company any justice. Changing your name from TNT to Whistl in itself is not going to make the problem of poor service disappear !!
Whistl will damage your reputation through incompetence. We trialled 29 orders through whistl in 2 parcels to be collected by TNT. TNT picked up one of them, left the other and marked it both as collected. After much faffing around TNT came to collect the other one. Despite showing both as arrived at whistle facilities on the 23rd, already 3 days late they failed to collate the parcels and dispatch it until 30th after chasing up by Parcel2go. 29 angry customers are currently messaging me asking me where their parcels are. Honestly, for the few pennies you save, it's not worth the trouble. I only did it for the collections which they royally screwed up. Never again.
I ordered an order on Amazon 23/10/2020; first I received a message on my Amazon account stating it had been delivered; the next time I checked my account, it was running late. Why is this company still in business if they are so bad at delivering on date, and on time. They are rubbish. God knows why Amazon uses this company; I guess they are cheap. :(

Had an Amazon order which was supposed to be delivered by this company - it was in the Whistl tracking system, and never arrived.
My box of parcels to be posted by Whistl arrived and was signed for at Whistl on 22nd October (dispatch is supposed to be 3 to 5 days). It is now 29th October and my packages have not been dispatched to my customers. I was told yesterday I would have to wait another couple of days just for an explanation!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL
Absolutely shocking. Promised delivery from a seller on Amazon by the 19th. No parcel has arrived, it is apparently still in transit with Whistl. Awful, awful service!
Worst courier ever. Disgustingly dishonest drivers. Should be abolished, go bankrupt!!!

Nov 20,2020Purchased from amazon 1st November windscreen wipers to be sent to Spain . I was told approx 1week it’s now 3 weeks and the courier they used which said whistle have just updated their tracking saying attempted delivery 6 th November I was in my home that da te & NO calling card was left . I’ve since contacted the seller and said could be 1/3 weeks due to Covid !!! What’s the answer ? We’re they attempted delivery on 6 th or not ? Track number 011B004A41000467746001 I’ve called whistle who said another company were responsible Air business ? Called them said we deal with stationary ?update company resent my wipers via DPD arrived quickly in 5 days from Uk to Spain . 👍
