One star is too generous. The delivery driver was rude and obnoxious. He had a strop on because he had to leave our parcel with our neighbour. If he'd bothered to ring the door bell then we'd have answered the door, we were home. A terrible company.
Had two deliveries not delivered one before Christmas and one now POOR tracking disappears after supposed delivery day this is only company had any delivery issues

011B004A41000542157001 Wrote a review here on whistl service and received a response automated I think, thanking me for review and they would look into my concern. Still no response back but suddenly on tracking my package is moving but with no date for delivery. I think it is terrible that there is no possible way to contact anyone is whistl. It is too easy to respond to a review with an automated comment to make it appear that you care when all the evidence suggests you don't.
As a user of Whistl they have offered is great service at a very good price.
Ordered goods from Jackson's Art and parcel was delivered by our postie 6 days later in good order. I was worried because of the poor reviews here...but I was very happy!
AVOID. Parcel still not delivered after 3 weeks. Terrible customer support. When I requested for more information on why my parcel is taking so long, the Whistl representative was of no help and asked me to contact the retailer. Things why I rated this 1*: - Extremely poor customer service - Extremely slow delivery. Still not received after 3 weeks. - Lack of estimated delivery date. - Lack of options to select what to do if I am not at home. such as safe place or neighbour. EDIT: Parcel delivered after 1 month, 8 days. <--- EXTREMELY SLOW from Europe to London.
So after waiting over a week for some sort of update or to be able to track my parcel...as ive heard so many bad reviews on whistl! How do you even contact anyone at all ? How can I track my parcel? Having my mattress would be lovely!! Help!
Ordered a pregnancy pillow from CosiBaby at the beginning of December. Company says that they shipped, I have a tracking number as well. Today, being in my third trimester and very uncomfortable while sleeping (as you can imagine) I tried to contact them via phone, and no luck. Still wishing that I would receive before my baby is out, considering the discomfort I am going through, but loosing hope. This kind of items are not cheap so buying another pillow is not the option when you have to buy things for your baby.... Ordered photo prints from Aldi in December and on the tracker the Current status is still "Shipment Details Created", with no change at all. First time using Whistl as a carrier, next time I’ll be shopping somewhere else. Tried serval different ways to get in contact with anyone to find out what is happening with my package and no luck. Waiting weeks and weeks for a small photo order is awful , and worse when there’s customer service help! Beccy

Called during opening hours and was just told repeatedly what their opening hours are and that’s it. No ring to suggest I’m being put through to anyone, just either repetition or a sharp tone then silence. I’m aware that they aren’t the delivery company (Hermes is who I have the tracking number for) but apparently my parcel was damaged in transit and can’t be delivered, which means I have to contact Whistl to get info on their returns procedure. I can’t even seem to find an email to contact them on, which decent business doesn’t at least have an email address? Just a phone number that it doesn’t seem they’ll ever answer. Really concerned about how I’m going to get my parcel/get a refund, why do places need to use middle men?!?!
Had never heard of this company before. After being told my order was coming from them, I read the reviews and was worried. Please remember they are just the middle person. Has you can see both companies have information on my tracking number but Hermes info is in-depth, 8961575148466325. 1- the merchant or person sending you letters or items should inform you what delivery company they have used, because whistl UK do not deliver, they simply pick item from the merchants place of business and take them to royal mal, DPD, hermes to name a few. 2- The tracking number on Whist website is the tracking number which you should use on the Carriers website to get the most up to date tracking information. Whistl website may not update until days or weeks later as they will not have access to the carriers computer systems. 3- Whistl can improve service by informing customers that the merchant should have informed them what company will be delivering their item, furthermore, list /link to the carriers on their websites so people are not panicked and start searching fake companies putting personal details at risk. I was so confused but after calling Whistl, and waited short amount of time to speak with an agent, who informed me my tracking number was for Hermes. A more informative website would have made this such a better experience.
After reading all the poor reviews i was worried about this service. But as I was buying through Amazon didn’t have a choice. I didn’t need to have worried, it arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The tracking web site, is I agree fairly poor. Doesn’t say what sort of time it will arrive, and when it did arrive, it was delivered by Yodel! Go figure. I also do not like the lack of ability to change the deliver date, also it didn’t appear to have a direct link, to make enquiries on. But it got here in the end, although their web site it telling me, the driver is on route...but it was delivered 3 hours ago,

Order placed 19th December. Email told me it had been dispatched on 21st December. Tracking JD0002210471637168 says Whistl have it, but by 3rd January have not even moved it to their delivery depot , let alone got it onto a delivery van. Looked up Whistl on the internet. Full of bad reviews. It looks like entrusting things to them is as good as throwing them away or putting them out on indefinite loan. Tracking status quickly goes to In Transit and stays there.
Tracking is confusing. I was sent whistl tracking to Royal mail. So it looked like they were coming to me.
No way of contacting them about a issue tracking stays in same place for days like a review earlier how can someone be worse than hermes .. i make whistl first.hermes second .and third yodel the worse companys in this order
Ordered two items from Scott`s of Stow from the "Gift Discoveries" catalogue range; first item delivered in 6 days. Second item, coming from another supplier, is missing. Sent without a tracking number, I have tried contacting the customer service of Gift Discoveries/Scott`s of Stow, to try to obtain the tracking number but, surprise, surprise, they don`t answer their phones, or reply to emails. The web site said that the missing parcel was due for delivery on the 5th. December, it is now 22nd December but as I have no tracking number on the item I know that WHISTL will not be able to help me. I find this rather ironic, as I worked for Royal Mail and I used to arrange parcel collections from Scott`s of Stow on a daily collection basis, but it`s one of my parcels that has gone missing! I have given up all hope of receiving the parcel now for Christmas so I am going to have to go out and try to get her something else now. If any of you order on-line, and the courier is WHISTL, then you take pot- luck if you will ever receive the item! WHISTL, and Scott`s of Stow together, are a right shambles, sorry...
I’m waiting for a parcel From personal Creations via Whistl. The tracking says shipment created on 29 November and hasn’t changed since! And I’m still waiting !!!!!
