Dreadful experience with this company . Plants delivered were in a terrible state on arrival. Would not recommend.

Avoid at any costs. Worst ever. My parcel has been returned to local depo twice 'cos driver was "unable to access premises". Both days we were open and after first attempt I have contacted them and was promised the next day delivery. Next day I was told that parcel was send back to sender 'cos driver was "unable to access premises" again. There is no way to make a complaint as the end customer. Absolute waste of time and money. I wouldn't give any star for the service if I could.

I'm slightly confused about where my parcel is. I've followed the tracking instructions online and tried to call but it doesn't tell me where it is. Could do with speaking to someone directly but pretty hard to get in touch with anyone...

I ordered a package on April 2. For the longest time it said shipping label created. Then it sent me to the whistl site to track my package only to say no tracking information was found... yet you FOUND away to take my money out of my account! Super dissatisfied

Two parcels despatched a week ago yet nothing has been delivered and no tracking updates on the website. Absolute shambles. Considering these are plants I can't imagine they're in good shape wherever they are.

My parcel has twice been delayed and either the status has not been updated or the parcel is still yet to be dispatched as for over 1 week the status has simply said: Shipment Details Created

Ordered through amazon 7 days ago. Seller has given tracking details L1024211000031406 which doesn't work just say there is no order matching the number. No contact number. Some help would be greatly appreciated

I have had a package waiting for delivery for the last 5 days and all it says shipment details created. I am beginning to doubt it will ever be shipped and all I will have at the end will be dead plants. Joy Kennedy

Parcel says 'delivered' at 646pm on Saturday. Funny that as I have been home for the last three weeks during lock down and have received all other parcels except this one. I really dislike dodgy courier/delivery companies

Order was dispatched 23/3 so far it’s been out for delivery 3 times then delayed by carrier appalling service don’t touch with a barge pole .

“Yeehaw! Howdy folks. The name's Whistl. Just rode into town an' I don't give a coyote's cuss fer nobody nor nothin'. What's that, pardner...you're expectin' a shipment of Winchester rifles? Well I guess you're just Whistlin' Dixie. D'yall see what I did there? Hoik-ptu.” Why on Earth do companies still use Whistl, for Goodness' sake? Their website states: "A tailored and innovative approach for your all your business fulfilment needs." Is 'innovative' a misspelling of 'incompetent'? My Tracking reads: In transit > At delivery depot > Out for delivery > Delay in carrier network > Delivery query > At delivery depot. Again! Will I ever see my order? Who knows? Update: Whistl's response via Trustpilot was a suggestion that I should 'contact the seller.' I rest my case!

Cannot track, been waiting for weeks since item been dispatched. Still waiting. Terrible service and when i read these reviews why on earth would a company want to use them?

This parcel was due to be delivered on 30th March, Amazon said that the package was collected from the third-party seller on the 23rd of March 2020, however, Whistl has said that the delivery information was created but the item was never collected. No one knows what is going on. I have requested a replacement from the seller and have BEGGED them not to use Whistl again as the courier. I paid a lot for this item and I doubt that I will ever receive it as they are using Whistl.

Their service is shocking. I ordered an item that came in 4 boxes 2 were delivered on the 19th March then another came the next day. I am still waiting for the final box without which we can not assemble our purchase as it contains all the fixtures and fittings . It was recieved days ago at the depot but since then their tracker has not been updated . poor customer service. Amazon should not deal with any company that uses these as a courier. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WHISTL

Shocking. Everytime I've had something delivered by Whistl the service is shocking but this review is in relation to my most recent order. I ordered from an Amazon retailer on the 15th March, they dispatched the parcel the same day via Whistl. Expected delivery was 18th March. I've been continually checking the tracking and my parcel has been "in transit" for 9 days. I've tried contacting Whistl, you cannot get through to anyone and the phone just directs you to track your parcel online. Even if I COULD through on the phone I'm sure they wouldn't help as I'm a customer, not a retailer. I am quite aware of the situation around COVID-19 but considering I ordered well before "lockdown" - 9 days to get a parcel from London to Lancashire is utterly ridiculous. If you're a business owner PLEASE reconsider using Whistl as I'm now going to actively avoid any seller who uses them as a courier service, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
