Had ordered an item from ebay, the seller provided the Whisl tracking id. The status of the item has been in "Shipment Details Created" state, for the past 5 days. Also there is no option to contact the Whistl customer agents, when called it goes to an automated reply were it directs customer to check the status in website. No proper customer service and update of the parcel status. Company should learn, of all the reviews 75% have voted bad against your service.
Whistl are an extremely good supplier to work with and our Account Manager Adam Alexander is an extremely positive influence on the account. He is very proactive in managing us as a Customer and I feel we have grown a partnership relationship over to tenure we've been working together.
The fast majority of our mail lands within the two day window which allows us to mail offers with a short running time and our account manager is easy to get hold of should any issues arise.

Overall happy with the service we get, only issue sometimes is late handover for Mailmark items for my clients but this has been addressed.
We have used Whistl for a number of years as our main DSA bulk mail provider. After a number of delivery and collection issues over the years, they are now finally providing the service we expect for the volumes we mail.Adam has been an excellent account manager too. I hope they will continue these service levels going forward
Parcel should of been delivered by Friday 13th to Shepperton Studio. Your own Tracking states delivered at 12:25, then delivery attempt at 13:16 and didn't want to leave it unattended 51 minutes AFTER they had allegedly delivered it!!! To claim they didn't want to leave it unattended is laughable as the studio has 24hr security staff ON THE GATE so unless they are trying to audition for MISSION IMPOSSIBLE they obviously didn't go to the studio. That's excluding the numerous reception staff they would of seen when they signed in and the 50+ staff at our premises. Wonder if the couriers get paid for each alleged delivery attempt they claim when no one is home?
Awful lied about coming to my house, supposed to be delivered1-2 days took week !! Lazy bleep bleep couldn’t be bothered to put parcel in safe place so dumped on doorstep in full view . If I could give zero stars I would oh parcel ripped as well enough for peak inside will not deal with any company who deal with this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been mailing them ( and they do reply) since beginning of feb about an item I purchased through wowcher and I still have not received it they are now saying it’s Royal Mail and as yet no one can give me a tracking number, the picture of the supposed delivery or any other information basically not their problem! Will never use either company again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Absolutely appalling courier. They don’t read address details properly, tell you to contact them but provide no means of doing so. A noddy company not a proper courier with appropriate systems in place for customer interaction on queries. DPD, DHL, Royal Mail etc are proper couriers. Amazon should sack Whistl because they are not fit for purpose and reflect badly on Amazons brand and that of Amazon sellers.
Cannot get in contact with the company. They have delivered my parcel to someone, but not me. They tried to deliver it once before saying that they had called and left a card, couldn't get hold of them to say they had not been to my house and I had no card. So it's no surprise they have succeeded in delivering to the wrong house now. I live on a main road and have a large sign with house name and number. Useless
Always found the service excellent with postal needs , staff helpful and amenable when dealing with requests. I have used the service for aprox 8 yrs never had any reason to complain .
We believe that Whistl provides an excellent service.
