Ebay item purchased 24Feb 15:30 (expecting delivery for Thurs 27th Feb), seller creates shipment details 25Feb@ 0737. Item processed 26Feb by Whistl. 27Feb@2328 still in transit, Until now 28Feb@1425 I still have no parcel. last update was 28Feb 0936 Handed over to Royal Mail! Is that an acceptable time frame? It got one star for being able to track, but only one stars as it is taking 3.5 days just to get to Royal mail?! Instead of delivering it?!

It's already has been a week since i contacted Whistl UK and so far can't receive any answer from them - where is my parcel and why they keep it In Transit with Carrier since 29.01 January? No answer, no parcel. This parcel service has been chosen by seller on EBay. Never ever again. Worse experience i have had.
Ordered a stack of blurays from Arrow Video in November, a couple of which were for Christmas presents. Got an email from Arrow notifying me that the parcel had been despatched on Nov 28. No sign of anything and it is now Jan 15th. Been in touch with Arrow, who are thankfully going to offer replacements in due course. Apparently the parcel was sent without tracking and via Whistl, and is apparently untraceable. I will be recommending that Arrow utilize another courier in future and would strongly advise anyone dealing with a company who uses the Whistl "service" to go elsewhere. Appalling "service" from the courier company.
I agree with all the one star reviews. I heard nothing for 4 days until PayPal got involved and threatened to recover my money. Then suddenly it was delivered...via Yodel. Cowboys.
I can't explain how companies like this exist in the UK!!!! Probably they have it better in Congo!
There are quite a few bad delivery companies out there, but this isn't about them, this is about Whistl. As a company that has two different levels of customer (the business they deliver for and the person/business they deliver to) it's frustrating to discover that they don't actually communicate with the second one at all. I had a recent experience where I ended up waiting over 2 weeks for delivery of an item that I had ordered from one of the businesses who uses this 'delivery' company to despatch their orders. It was stuck at their depot for 11 days but when I phoned up to find out where it was they apparently couldn't give me an answer. To say that the dismissal of my concerns about the parcel I was awaiting by Whistl representatives was rude and inconsiderate is about right. They clearly didn't care, instead referring me back to the company that I had ordered from, who also were unable to find out anything. In the end the original company had to give me a refund, which cost that company money because Whistl is just dreadful. If you're a business looking for someone to deliver your products, look elsewhere, this company is so rude to your clientele, and will end up costing you money.
Two stars, because so long as Yodel are still in business, Whistl are not the worst there is. They took 8 days to deliver but hey, it is nearly Xmas, and the parcel did actually arrive. What was annoying though was that even though I now have the parcel in my hand, the latest entry on their tracking details is still "Details created." No "despatched," no "out for delivery," no "received" .. basically, their tracking system is completely inoperative.
I ordered a phone case and matching airpod case from iaccesorize.co - a site supported by Whistl... it has been 9 days and whenever i go on the site to check my order status it says "shipped" and "no info given by carrier, pending". I am disgusted. Do NOT order from any site supported by Whistl. They are scammers and steal your money.
Absolute garbage. Bunch of liars. Tracking No 302369286759 useless. Almost 15 working days and still no sign of parcel. How these scumbags get away with it is beyond me.
Ordered an item from the UK to be sent to Australià. Ordered on 26 Nov and now 5 days till christmas and no parcel received. The tracking has no information to even track the parcel Item bought from Golden Rule Labs and according to them it was handed to Whistl on 28 Nov. Disgusting service for a courier company DO NOT BUY FROM ANY STORE THAT USES WHISTL AS A COURIER COMPANY!
Ordered a satnav a few weeks ago should have been delivered within 5 working days so I kept an eye on the tracking 3 delivery attempts on the tracking yet nobody ever came I then check the tracking again & says delivered but it hasn’t been delivered nor has anyone been anywhere near my property to deliver it I have cctv to prove this I’m absolutely fuming 😤 as the satnav was a Christmas present so not only have these cowboys lied but stolen my parcel too
Probably one of the worst postal service on this entire planet. About a month ago, I ordered from a UK company working with whistl. My first parcel got lost somewhere «in transit». Seller send me another parcel, and it got lost too, at the exact same step in the delivery process! I had never seen that before, although I place international orders quite often! Will avoid them forever.
They only managed one star as the staff although ineffective were polite. They failed to note two of my phone calls on their records and did not chase the subcontracted delivery service until the third phone call. Each time I called they deferred blame to the subcontracted sevice(Hermes-also useless!) and advised the conflicting messages I was receiving from them, Amazon and Hermes were all the fault of the bar code scanning system. I still haven't received any reply from them, nor the goods!
