Had an envelope delivered for samples of laundry product i.e. ‘Ariel’ ‘Fairy’ & ‘Lenor’. Was asked to select samples required & leave bag outside before 9am next day, envelope was put outside straightaway with my selection identified. 5 days later still on my step outside !
They are slow to process post/parcels, so it takes twice as long to be delivered. Very annoying.
Ce transporteur est une catastrophe ! Colis bloqué on ne sait où et jamais livré, aucune réaction… service déplorable.
Terrible, they picked up my item from Amazon trader on 3rd May, got in touch to say it was out for delivery on 14th May but it didn’t arrive. Now apologising for lateness on 16th of May but still no sign of it. Amazon say it’s too soon for a refund. Should be called Go Whistle.
Book ordered on Abebooks, never arrived and after two months the tracking is still stopped on March 15th..
I ordered an item from Music Magpie on eBay in March. Two months later, the package has not arrived. I used the tracking link from Whistl and it says the package has been collected but nothing else has happened in two months. Their online help chatbot is completely useless and only directs you back to the tracking page. Their telephone helpline leaves you on hold, without telling you how long you are expected to wait or where you are in the queue, and a recorded message tells you, "if you are the recpitent of a parcel, please contact the seller." ("Recipitent" is not a word, it's "recipient", which doesn't speak well for their expertise in logistics.)
Don't know why the low rating . Quick delivery and no issues . Came on first day of delivery estimate
Aweful service... had 2 deliveries from Music Magpie.... both took days to arrive... 1st package arrived torn... Luckily no damage to dvd & case...
Just rubbish. Ordered an item from Amazon 19th April, said delivery by 24th, picked up from supplier on 21st and now 26th and tracking showing as "at depot" for the last two days. Delivery now expected by 29th. 10 days for internal delivery ( if it turns up) What a shower.

Item sa in a depot for 4 days with no replies from CS on its tracking and likely delivery
Tracked parcel no suddenly changed to unable to find my premises I watched tracker driver never came anywhere near my location worst courier service in UK will never buy from any company using them for delivery would give no stars if possible
After reading a review on here about receiving (or rather not receiving an Amazon package, where Whistl is the nominated courier, I am not very hopeful about receiving my recently ordered package. No communication whatsoever, after sending email. UPDATE : 24/04/2024 Received my ordered package today. However still dissatisfied with Service from Whistl to not even reply to my email.
Driver refused to follow a 1 minute diversion with diversion signs which would have taken the same amount of time as the standard route. Was it really worth all that fuel to come all the way here, stop 1 minute away from the destination then refuse to follow the simple single road diversion and now drive my parcel all the way back to the depot only to have to deliver it again another day? I'll be furious if they do the same tomorrow. I can only hope for a different driver who understands road signs. But what a waste of fuel, time and effort. Plus its a plant so that's one more day stuck in a van for it to die.
This is the worst delivery service ever they said my front door was not accessible they didn’t even ring the bell to my building. could not contact customer services if u see that ur parcel is coming through them get ready disappointment u will never get ur money back.
Item paid for March 28th 2024. Item not received. I do not need to be in the house as the item is put through the letterbox anyway. I checked the track number and it says collected. Does that mean I have collected it or has it been collected so that it can be delivered to me? I have emailed the company who use them but no response as of yet. Today is the 8th April 2024. Perhaps it's the eclipse.
Bought a game from music magpie, horrified after seeing it was Whistl who are delivering it after reading these comments, I waited the full 7 working days, I only got tracking number after the 4th after I questioned Mysic Magpie, that tracking number showed thar it was ' collection sceduled' as others have had, it never moved, so after reading these reviews I thought not a chance am I putting up with it, Music Magpie wanted me to wait longer, not happening, I wanted a refund, so I just contacted PayPal, 5 minutes later money refunded, Music Magpie can now try get their product back now, if they can that is, that's them lost a customer , I've MM for while no issues till Whistl got involved, I will never buy a item from anybody who uses Whistl as their courier
Parcel is already 4 days late and still no update on their website other than "at depot" Seems to be no telephone number to contact customer services to get any update. Don't mind if they have lost it I just want to know if I'm going to receive (or not) my delivery some time this centaury.
Whistl as a company are great to work for but debt collecting campaign isn't the best!! Managers don't care about their staff and sware and tell staff to go away. Have their little clicks and when giving feed back they do it harshly on purpose. Tell u your doing good then Stab you in back. Also talk about you behind your back to staff aswell and you to scared to confront them as they use the sack against you. Disgusting with their approach. Male manager isn't to had but woman manager is the worst. Avoid working their if you can especially the debt collecting campaign your forced to be nasty to customers..

May 30,2024Knocked lightly twice and walked off 2 seconds later. Big sign on the door saying "ring the door bell". Obviously illiterate as he didn't. All caught on camera. We were 20 feet away and couldn't hear the knock. Order was garden gear on Amazon.
