I love most all of Woolover's sweaters and the XS size is perfect for me. I had one sweater which said "machine washable" shrink and was very disappointed. It's never happened again. It's often hard to choose which one to order because there are so many pretty sweaters! The promptness of confirming my order and then shipping it, is amazingly fast. Keep it up!

Everything so far has been disgraceful. I reported a faulty product immediately after jumper arrived and asked to return it with a prepaid label (because it was faulty) I have been in a most unhelpful cycle of contacts with Woolover's customer service. They said I only reported the fault on 11th Dec, when I'd been in contact with them on the 8th and sent the requested photo of the fault in an email to them on the 9th. I was told to expect a return label in 5 working days, but after 6 working days I reported its non-arrival. There was the predictable - "it must have been lost in the post". When they said they'd resend, I said in view of the delay already I expected the second attempt to be by 1st class mail. That was agreed, but it arrived 5 days later by second class post - disgraceful. Subsequently, they have replied to say the product is sold out, which may be true now, was not the case when I first reported it as I checked their website the same day.
I bought my husband the fairaisle jumper for Christmas. It fits him very well he loves it and as been complimented on it. Today I had delivered for myself the moss stitch cardi and the floral embroidered sleeve jumper. Its very eye catching. I love them both. Very quick delivery considering I ordered them on the 24th. Thank you so much. As Arni would say 'I'll be back' !!
Terrible service. Ordered a sweater Dec 7. Today is Dec 27 and it has been stuck in New York for four days. Website said delivery in six to ten working days so it should have arrived in time for Christmas. Customer service not helpful.
Failure to deliver. Was charged £9.95 for DPD overnight delivery but package given to Royal Mail (at a significantly lower cost) and still not delivered. Hopeless customer service line, appear to be overworked, I wonder why? Can’t even comment on the quality yet as haven’t received it
Very disappointed with the delivery of my order. I paid for 2-4 days delivery charges, but my order didn’t arrive in this time frame. My trust is gone down. Following your reply on this post, I would like to say there is no adverse weather condition and also I paid for fast delivery without conditions. Also, according to the tracking system, the courier does not yet have my parcel to deliver. Are you really honest with me?
The wool hat I received is ok, the one size fitting would suit someone with a large head. I like to support British industry as much as I can and foolishly assumed it would be made in Britain but sadly another made in china product...I doubt it will last as long as the British made Barbour wool hat it replaces.
J’ai commandé un pull en me fiant au guide des tailles. Au moins deux tailles d’écart. C’était immense. Je renvoie le pull et je vais bientôt être remboursée. MAIS il y avait 10 euros de frais de port à l’aller et idem au retour. Un simple essayage de pull qui coûte 20 euros. LAMENTABLE Je ne commanderai plus jamais sur ce site
Shocking service order placed on the 9th December!! Still not received!! Now they are saying it was dispatched on 23rd not good enough for Christmas!! Tracking saying 27th December but not guaranteed!! Never again!!
I would never order from this company again. I ordered a dress for Christmas they took my money I awaited an email for delivery date …. Which never arrived?. After emailing them I got a reply to say “sorry due to a rare error stock “ they don’t have this dress available. I was really cross and upset due to the short notice 3 days before Christmas. My feeling is this happens to often. Terrible company don’t order from them.
Tried to cancel an order/email delivery gift voucher code 2 days in advance but told voucher had been sent and order could not be cancelled. How is this when voucher is not due to be delivered for 2 days. Do NOT trust this Company. Avoid like the plague.
Unfortunately the cardigan wasn’t the perfect size so returned it very fast refunded impressed
I ordered two items 10 days ago with allegedly enough time to arrive at mine before Christmas. I can't judge the quality of the items since they never arrived. Evri have said they have delivered the items, yet they have gotten lost in the mists of time apparently as the photo proof they provided was not my property and it is apparently impossible to track these items down before Christmas. Now I need to frantically do last minute shopping in order to account for their inability to deliver things on time. At the very least, getting a refund for these items was straightforward. WoolOvers need to use a better courier service that can actually dependably deliver items. Until then I won't be ordering any more from them - or any other online store that use Evri as a courier.
I ordered a pair of Gents Slippers before the cut off time on Thursday 19th December and paid £9.95 extra for next day delivery and still not received them. The carriers tracking page states they are expecting them,been like that since Friday, appalling service! I have no idea when I will receive them even after paying for next day delivery!
Shipping was slow and didn't get it in time for Christmas, but it finally arrived and quality seems good so far.
My cable zip cardigan in Mahogany arrived this morning. Quick delivery, very good quality, thanks. My present to myself and I absolutely love it. With one exception and this is why it is 4 stars and not 5. Why skimp on the zip? It is fragile and low quality. This cardi replaces a zipped one from Orvis which I have had for years which has a stonker of a zip fully reflecting the quality of the knitwear. It's what this one needs. Zipped cardi's are great for indoors, or down the pub, or nipping out to the shops. And the cabling gives it a touch of je ne sais quoi.
Je suis satisfaite des articles achetés chez Woolovers mais leur système de livraison est cher (10 euros) et extrêmement lent: plus de 15 jours pour venir d'Angleterre en France.!!!! Ca irait plus vite à pieds.
