Terrible! Do not pay extra for special delivery, unless you’re prepared to accept your purchase flung in a muddy puddle. You’ll also find that they take an aggressive tone when you complain about the delivery service they used.

I got a £10 Christmas voucher in the post. When I tried to use it it wasn't valid for the items I wanted. This is a scam and I expect it's not actually valid for anything. The woman who I spoke to seemed to reworking in A very noisy room with others laughing and shouting in the background. She had a very strong African accentandwas hard to understand. altogether very poor serve.
Same insincere, tired old appology and excuses rolled out which is meaningless. My order and money were taken and had I not chased them, Woolovers were clearly going to absolve themselves of their obligations at some point. Absolutely shocking customer service. Placed an order on the 14th of December and heard nothing by the 18th about delivery/despatch, so contacted them by e.mail because the phone line went dead in the middle of their own feeble prerecorded "bull sh" Recievied e.mail today apologising for a stock issue and that the order has been cancelled!!! Good evening Ladies read before you buy ! Regarding a faulty purchase from Woolovers which was discussed at length on the telephone to customer services the lady kindly sent me a return label for the item purchased on the 19th November transaction on my statement is 20th November I phoned on 4th December to report a faulty seam I had spent £94 with them ! Today this item has been returned 18th December saying it is out of returns time !! May I add that The couriers lost my FIRST ORDER ON 19th after a week I enquired where it was another parcel was dispatched ! I am disgusted in this customer service ! I have emailed & hope this will be sorted out ASAP !
I ordered a men's shirt on-line on the 10th of December, 2024. I received a confirmation that day by e-mail. By the 18th December I had heard nothing and so I telephoned to find out why my order had not been delivered. I was told that the shirt was out of stock and I would be refunded. This is now too late to order anything else for Christmas. I am extremelly disappointd with this service.
Ordered coatigan on 8th December. Heard nothing. Eventually phoned on 18th December to find out why it hadn't been dispatched only to be told it was out of stock. Why didn't they communicate that earlier? Why did I have to phone to find out? Was meant to be a Christmas present and now I have no time to find something else and get it posted to me. What a waste of my time. That's incredibly poor customer service.
My slippers were lost at the PO. I have paid for them but do not have them. The shipper/ Wool Overs can file a claim. I can not. No answer from you. I need a refund. So disappointed.
I love woolovers, and so does my friend. But I paid for next day delivery for her 90th birthday present. Got a message from Evri (Not Hermes, as advised) saying they had my package and would ket me know when dispached. IT HAS NOT been delivered and I had to buy another birthday present.

Shocking service, ordered items in November, received two items and then last item not sent. Issued a refund with no explanation despite ringing them. Will never use this company again as it is the second time that this has happened
Ordered and payment taken on 3rd December. Received a phone call on 16th December to say that item was out of stock and my order cancelled! The items were in stock when I placed the order! Order should not have been taken if you couldn't fulfill it. Now short of a Christmas present so close to Christmas! Very poor service. Agree with other reviews that staff on order line not particularly friendly.
On 06 Dec, I ordered and paid for 2 items to be delivered within Europe (outside the EU). I then got an email telling me that the order had been cancelled. No reason given. I raised a query via the contact page, and today, after over a week, got the answer that Woolovers could not deliver to the requested country. Totally stymied as I wanted the items as a Christmas present. It would have been far easier to have been informed at the time of placing the order that they could not deliver, as it would have allowed me to consider other options. At the least, the email informing me of the cancellation should have stated the reason. For a company which does a lot, if not virtually all, of its sales via the internet this performance is unacceptable.
Have ordered from Woolovers for about 4 years and am usually happy with the products, so can't fault those. However, have just had an awful conversation with an abrupt, arrogant customer service woman, who contradicted what I know I said. Appalling.
Not at all happy with lack of communication on Woolovers' part. I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present on 27th November, and received no information about a delivery date. Finally rang them on 14th December to be told the item was out of stock, leaving little time to find a replacement. Very poor service.
On s'est rendu compte qu'ils n'arrêtaient pas de changer de date d'expédition. Commander le 25/11/24, ils disent qu'ils livreront le 10/12/24 puis ensuite le 16/12/24 et plus de nouvelle. On envoi un mail pour demander des explications. Ils nous insultent par téléphone et annule sans rien nous dire la commande. Donc à éviter, non professionnel et Très agressif
Ordered two jumpers on 25 November, due for despatch on 10 December. Only when I chased a few days later, after receiving no confirmation email, was I told the jumpers were out of stock and the order cancelled. Unclear as to whether I would ever have been told unless I chased. Disappointing as they were Christmas presents. Only positive point is that I will be issued with a full refund.
I placed an order for 4 items on 18th November 2024, including a pair of slippers. The other 3 items arrived in the next couple of days but it took almost 4 weeks for the slippers to arrive after repeated chasing and subsequent assurances that the slippers would be dispatched immediately by special delivery which took a week after confirmation. However a chase within that week was needed as the item was still not dispatched when they said it would be. They finally arrived on the 12th Dec. I had been a regular customer of Woolovers and never had such an experience before. I would certainly reconsider further orders.

Heard nothing about the second item so chased it on two separate occasions but no information was forthcoming. Then, I received an email confirming that I was receiving a refund for the returned item...the one I NEVER RECEIVED!...and no further explanation. Poor systems and customer service. Have used this company for years but will probably look elsewhere in future. They clearly don't understand that when problems and issues arise it is an opportunity for them to show how good they can be in dealing with it and actually increase customer confidence.
