Customer Service are always polite and pleasant. It would appear that my parcel was not addressed correctly by Woolovers, hence Evri delivering to the wrong address resulting in my time being wasted and fuel, trying to track down my parcel. Rather than my order being delivered to a post office, it was delivered to a residential property. I have since been advised that the item is now out of stock, which is very disappointing to say the least. Whenever I get to the checkout and note that a company uses Evri, I get nervous. This is the second time I have had this experience with Woolovers.
My experience with Woolovers is always good. Your staff are always polite and helpful. My late husband and myself have dealt with you for years and our wardrobes have plenty of your products, 30 in my wardrobe at the latest count. They don't wear out either. The only disappointment I had on my latest order was that the £10 voucher I'd received with the previous order had expired. I would have appreciated it being more prominent than in the small print.
Ordered three items and was told all were in stock, paid for order and waited. Received order confirmation same day and then nothing else. Rang after a week and was told two items were out of stock and the third item was not delivered because other two not available and did I want a refund for those two. Cancelled while order for a refund, I wonder how long they would have kept the money. Appalling customer e!
Speedy answering phone by very pleasant and helpful sales assistant, order details completed quickly and felt extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Pure cashmere cowl neckjumper. Shapeless jumper to start with and gets worse with wear. Bobbles instantly. V disappointed.
Bought 2 items in November 2023. Worn less than 10 times each .Both covered in fluff balls and have lost their shape. Will never purchase another item from this company. Very poor quality.
I bought a cashmere sweater just before Christmas. I have worn it a few times. It has never been washed, but hangs like a rag, is very thin and has loads of bobbles. My cashmere sweaters from M & S are up to 6 years old but still look new. I will never buy from WoolOvers again. Jane, Cheltenham
Have used WoolOvers for a while and their telephone customer service used to be good. Rang today to ask to be taken off their physical mailing list, after asking a month ago but it hadn't worked. Spoke to a man who gave terrible customer service and clearly didn't care about me as a customer. He said he would remove all my data from their database and then hung up on me. I rang back as I was suspicious that he had not done anything. I spoke to a woman and she was nearly as bad. She said that I had to email or write to WoolOvers to have my details removed. I said the man I spoke to said he had done it. She said he would have done that as he wanted to get off the phone! I then said how do I complain. She said I had to complain to her and she couldn't transfer me to anyone else, and another good option was to complain on Trustpilot, so here I am... Seems like WoolOvers have lost their grip on their customer service staff.

Jan 20,2024Helpful above and beyond. The Post office lost my tracked, returned parcel (it appears to have been stuck in Bristol for three weeks and counting). Woolovers could see the progress - or not - of my parcel so credited my return. I do hope they can get compensation from the Post Office. But they were very helpful. I've always loved their stuff and will continue to be a loyal customer! Thanks, Guys.
