I bought expensive sheepskin slippers (£59) and despite wearing them only indoors the soles were completely disintegrating after about 9 months (which included summer). I contacted customer services and was told because it was beyond 6 months they could not help me! Very disappointing for the price. I have had many similar sheepskin slippers over the years and they always last me at least a couple of years. I will avoid this brand in future. They also send me catalogues in the post despite the fact I always opt out of marketing.
Brilliant service as always, super friendly, very helpful. No more to say really, five stars and more. From Margaret Taylor.
I used to buy their cardigans and have done so for years. The same item not only doubled in price, but the quality became so low and the wool they use so bad, that after only a week of usage, it is literally coveted in wool lints. Everywhere: it looks like a two years old cardigan not a new one. Such a major disappointment!
Excellent service today, young man was very polite and helpful. Thank you. E.Webb.
I returned a jumper, which they told me they had received and I am still waiting for a refund 14 days later. (They suggest a refund within 3-5days) I have telephoned them 3 times and e-mailed them twice to be told something about waiting for a spreadsheet to be prepared? I have asked to speak to a supervisor/manager to no avail. There doesn't appear to be any way to complain about this service.
The package arrived well packed and incredibly quickly, but the wrong size. I haven't contacted the company yet as it arrived over the weekend
Appalling customer service. Couldn't be any worse. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
My order was taken very promptly and politely. A very efficient service. 3rd February 2024
Lovely garments. Unfortunately the color's were noticeably different shades of grey. I was going on a 3 week holiday so kept the items. I spoke to someone on the phone before I went.
The mens' cashmere and merino zip neck jumper I purchased pilled badly after 2 evenings of wear and without being washed. I returned it and was given an apology and promised a refund. However, the process is lengthy, has taken over a month and there is still no sign of my money.
I did not have to wait for my call to be answered and the lady was quick and helpful with my order for 4 items.
I seemed to be talking to a mature male native English speaker who knew his way round the process
I bought the Jacquard sweater on the 19th January. The sizing chart states L is 39" to 41". The Jacquard sweater measured 48" across the chest. It had no shape whatsoever and I had to return the garment. Very disappointed. I have bought numerous sweaters from Woolovers over the years but am concerned that the quality of their lambswool has declined....too much pilling.
Placed order by phone lady very helpful dealt with quickly
Cardigan ordered as Christmas Gift for my disabled sister and which turned out to be unsuitable. I . Asked if this could be exchanged for another more suitable cardigan but because this request was about three weeks outside their exchange date my request was refused. I have been a long term customer and have recommended members and friends I think they very unreasonable .Disappointed.
Lovely soft lambswool jumper. Quickly delivered too!
Rang customer services and spoke to the really helpful Jack, who took time to understand my problem and was sympathetic to my frustration. The reason for my call (and the reason for only four stars) had been confusion over sizing of a sheepskin slipper. There was no shoe size chart in the catalogue I was referring to and I had presumed a difference between women's and men's sizes that did not seem to exist in reality, which meant that the slipper was not long enough. Otherwise the product was exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price.
All went wrong with my order. After 3 weeks and a lot of hassle it wasn't in stock. I finally received an email with this information but then radio silence. They do lovely woollies but its not worth the hassle. No more woolovers for me
I had problems with the discount code on line but the member of staff who dealt with my order was very helpful and the acknowledgement of my order came within seconds.

Feb 19,2024I ordered and paid for two table cloths. Both were damaged in transit and not delivered. I phoned woolover . I was told a refund had been given and two new table cloths ordered and I was charged again. I asked three times had she ordered two and this was confirmed. When the confirmation email came through there was one on the order. I phoned again and was assured a refund was on its way and two table cloths had been ordered. One table cloth arrived five days later and no refund . So I’ve now got one table cloth but I’ve paid for four! I phone again and spoke to Mia who apologises for the fact my refund is on hold and I’ve only been sent one tablecloth. She assures me the second tablecloth will be despatched for next day delivery and my refund is on its way. No tablecloth has turned up ( now day three and I’m not holding my breath about the refund) so frustrating, I won’t be using them again .
