Hello, In response to my enquiry 14.1.25 to the company and outcome reported on this platform Jackie says "I am afraid the we do not hold any spare yarn as the garments are made overseas". Please explain why the website states "British Wool, British Made". Thank you, Sarah

Nice jumper but I didn't like the colour when it arrived and it was a bit tight so I returned it. You pay for delivery and then have to pay to return if you are not satisfied with item. I will not be purchasing from Woolovers again.

Woolovers use Hermes for delivery of parcels. Hermes are the most Unreliable delivery firm. I would not have placed my order if I had known in advance A Davis

Liked the product I bought so thought I would buy another and register instead of guest checkout. Not easy to do so still a guest! It said I could register later but paid and so nowhere to register after entering payment and address details. Must be well hidden !

Ease of placing an order over the phone, although the website failed to recognise my email address, stating that it was not a valid email address,hence ordering by phone.

I applied for the discount with the code I had after receiving the Woolovers mag. This was shown as accepted at checkout. However I didn’t notice that at final payment, the discount was no longer there. I phoned Woolovers and really appreciated their help and refund of discount. Thank you

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I rang them to advise that I needed to return a cardigan I had purchased for a Christmas present and wished to request a refund. I was advised I had missed the returns date by a day ! I was very disappointed to hear this, so I asked if it was possible to either have an exchange or a credit note for the item, because it was of no use. ( It was too small for the person it had been bought for. ). I was told a flat NO ! I proceeded to send a complaint by email, the response was a short, curt repeat of the verbal ‘ NO’ to any kind of compromise to resolve the situation. So,in short, I am left with a completely useless cardigan that cost £50, and a very disappointed family member who cannot use what was meant to be their Christmas present. This was a first time purchase from Woolovers ,,,,, It will definitely be the last. Truly appalling customer service.

Terrible service. When placing an order they should know what stock they have. Twice in the last 2 weeks l have had to chase them up to find out where my order is and have been told that they are out of stock. The money both times has been debited straight away. The items ordered were a birthday present. No present has now been delivered to my sister.

Customer service is non existent and staff (agent was in South Africa) was bored and did not follow up on what was promised, email x 2 sent and a scripted reply recd, did not address my comments' anyone in UK wants to call me to discuss, you have my number.Why is email different address as advertised?sur R9552802.I am not wasting my time with individuals who are bored and frankly do not care. .zohodesk.eu> Zohodeskis a third party company and I quote @ We use Zoho Desk to navigate and resolve business problems that might leave other consulting firms at a loss. So I have not even been dealing with your company directly. Appears I am not the only one with issues Will this be published? This is a review of the service not product,and I wonder if will be published.

Habe eine Strickjacke in S bestellt (Lammwolle mit Reißverschluss), etwas groß, eher Größe 38, aber ok. Eine zweite in Anthrazit, XS, entsprach eher unserer Größe S. Nicht grade billig, aber ihr Geld wert, finde ich. Beide trage ich sehr gerne, sehen gut aus und halten schön warm. Bestellung, Lieferung etc. hat alles gut geklappt.

Lovely jumpers, good quality and will purchase again but takes nearly a week to arrive despite paying £4.50 postage. If you need for an occasion order well in advance

Woolovers produces a very high quality product. The cashmere/Merino Wool sweater vests fit perfectly and feel great to wear. Shipping from the UK was no problem and worth waiting a day or two more.

I paid for next day delivery. Hermes/Evri delivered it a day late to the incorrect address. It was delivered to number 35 instead of number 33.

I bought a lovely, unique design cardigan from WoolOvers, which I found via searching on Google. I bought it on Christmas Eve - the day the sale started. I kept on wondering why there was a lower delivery charge when trying to order on my telephone, and higher if ordering on a laptop. It turns out that I actually ordered from wooloverslondon.com. I have no time and energy to investigate the relationship between woolovers.com and wooloverslondon.com, the parcel with my cardigan, incl. the paperwork inside, came from woolovers.com. The delivery by EVRI (Not by Hermes, since 2022! I am pretty sure that it displayed: 'Delivery by Hermes' when I placed the order) took 6 days, which I thought was quite all right for the time of the year. The packaging was super environmentally friendly, including the non-plastic, biodegradable bag and a reusable (very large) paper envelope, so praises for that. Unfortunately, even though I followed the size chart, the cardigan looked huge on me, including the sleeves beind too long. I decided to order another one a size smaller, intending to compare them, and then decide, which, if any, I will keep. Unfortunately the time to retun runs from the date of purchase! The the first cardigan then quickly went back, the second one took 8 days to reach me, so if I waited I would have missed the 14 days for sale items deadline. The smaller size, fortunately, fits me much better, so I am keeping it. I spent in total £11.85 on postage. I could have travelled to Burgess Hill for £8.80 and purchase in person. The lady I spoke to when enquiring about my return/possible exchange did not seem to be very pleased to talk to me. O.K., it was the afternoon of the New Years Eve (for which I apologized), but if you have a business and do not close it for the festive season, you must be prepared to answer customer's enquiries. The matter of it's own is the paper return form (The online Return Portal did not work, no matter which number from the order I used - I tried them all. Always displayed the same message: 'Sorry, we could't find that order in our database.'). There cannot be a mistake made with the paper form, but it is very oldfashioned (reminded me of ordering 25+ years ago), and what really got me was, in case of exchange, to write down all my card details, including CVV number with my address next to it. Really??? I used to buy from Pure Collection, which, I understand, is in the same group, and I never had a negative experience. Maybe I was just unlucky this time... P.S.: The cardigan is Made In China.

Unfortunately, two items that I ordered were left in a field by DPD, yes in a field! DPD weren't too concerned but Woolovers were very apologetic and are arranging a refund for me as the items I ordered are no longer in stock.

Dress arrived promptly and I like it! The colour is a little darker than in the brochure but that's OK. The sleeves are slightly too short but again I don't mind as it's a kind of pinafore so it doesn't matter. It's comfortable to wear.

I have ordered on 4th of Dec 2 items (172 GBP), they were supposed to be delivered in max 2 weeks - were meant to be a Christmas present. Till now, although repeatedly writing to Customer service, I have only received false information about the expected delivery: 20.Dec "I can confirm that the parcel should be with you shortly" 23.Dec "This should be with you today or tomorrow" 28.Dec "A replacement order has now been processed" 03.Jan "I can confirm that the replacement has not been despatched yet Please do wait for an email confirmation once it will be despatched" 09.Jan "We have received confirmation from our shipping partner that this package has been returned to sender. Once the order is received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued - please note that this could take several weeks. Please note that we are unable to re-ship international orders and therefore, if you still wish to make this purchase, please place a new order at our online store." This a sad history of totally ripping off a paying customer and of dreadful Customer support Later edit as reply to the feedback: No, I have not received my refund and I would really appreciate this happening not in few weeks but immediately.

The products are lovely but simply don't last. Such a shame as they used to be such good quality but over recent years this has deteriorated. Good customer service though.

Unlike other reviewers, I had no problem with the delivery service for the woolen slippers I ordered (nor with the refund, which came through quickly), but I returned the items because (1) the stated size was too small, and especially (2) I discovered upon inspection that the product was 'Made in China', which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. Truth in advertising really needs to be taken more seriously ... I have remedied by ordering similar slippers made in Ireland at the Irish Woolen Workshop. They're more expensive, but at least they don't come from very far away, made under who knows what conditions.

An excellent service. I only returned the purchase I made because it was too small on Monday and today Wednesday I have a text to say the refund is being credited to me. I use Woolovers quite often and I'm always finding the people when I'm ordering very efficient and helpful. A good company to deal with.
