I’m not happy my jumper is made in China . I’d be happier to pay more and you source the product elsewhere. Won’t buy again
Placed order on 16th November. Evri lost the parcel because as soon as tracking information was available it stated that there was a problem and it remained that way for over a week. Phoned customer services who were useless and didn't provide any information or offer to chase it up with the courier. Emailed customer services and had more luck who confirmed that the courier had lost the parcel and would resend out by Royal Mail. It's now 3rd December, still haven't received my order. Had a confirmation email to say that the parcel was despatched on 2nd December using 48hrs tracked Delivery. Tracking information doesn't work - Royal Mail doesn't recognise the tracking number. Luckily, paid via PayPal, so if I don't receive the parcel soon, I will be raising a dispute! Ironically, now received an email from Evri to say that they delivered the parcel - except that they haven't. Emailed Woolovers about this and no response. I do not think that I will receive my order.
Paid £9:95 for next day delivery (yesterday) and cra++y Evri still don’t have it out for delivery (Tuesday 11:30) today and it’s impossible to communicate with them on their site to get a refund
The sweaters are high quality. Well packaged and protected. Run true to size.
They were ready to see that they hadn't deducted the 10%from the total and have reimburse to sum to my card they did it immediately and also emailed me the are superb company and honest not many of these about
Unfortunately a pair of slippers were lost by the courier that Woolovers use. With no hesitation, Woolovers have arranged a full refund to my account today. Previous orders have been successfully received. I am more than happy with previous dealings with this company....good customer service, excellent quality goods and great range of products
Product despatched quickly but once again Evri have failed to deliver the parcel. They dump parcels anywhere around here so this time I immediately diverted the delivery to our local post office. Its been a week now and still no sign of the parcel.
Lovely jumper,very comfortable material. I love the colours and it is a good fit. Arrived promptly after ordering.

I am 72 years old. I was told delivery by Royal Mail would be on Saturday 30Nov. Not now. At my age I don’t like to waste a day waiting for a delivery. I won’t be ordering anything else unless reliability of delivery is improved.
I am reviewing the information I have received after placing an order. That information is as limited as one can receive. I am hoping the shipping information I get improves and the sweater ordered arrives before Christmas.
Die Lieferzeit sehr lang und die Qualität der Ware war nicht gut. Die Rücksendung musste ich selbst bezahlen und die Retourbearbeitung soll 20 Tage dauern. Nie wieder bei WoolOvers bestellen.
