We ordered a ladies cardigan over 2 weeks ago paid for the item but have not heard from woolovers until a brochure came saying 20% off all orders not very happy as we paid the full price not good service
I had a very bad surprise when I discovered that if you pay your order with a credit card from France, there are bank fees attached due to purchase outside EU : I shall never order anything anymore.
Après une première commande partiellement reçue et un remboursement sans souci de l'article manquant, je réitère la commande de celui-ci et reçois un mail demandant des frais de douane de 2€ supplémentaires. Question posée au service client, totalement incapable de répondre à cette question initiale, allant jusqu'à répondre qu'en fait la commande n'avait pas été réglée malgré les captures d'écran du site prouvant bien le contraire. Un vrai souci de communication sur cette fois-ci et la question, quid de la sécurisation des données et des informations RGPD? Etrange qu'un spam de livraison puisse être envoyé puisqu'à ce jour (après utilisation des mots DGCCRF et Union des consommateurs) la commande est finalement en cours d'acheminement Espérant la recevoir enfin, un nouvel avis sera déposé à la clôture du dossier
Excellent service. I ordered a throw by phone which arrived next day. Unfortunately it was not the right colour so was returned, I have just received notice that my refund has been processed. All within a week!
impossible to track or get a refund for an item that did not fit (dog's fair isle sweater- way too wide for a miniature poodle). Customer service keeps a consumer on the phone for way too long to track the return.
Order Number R9432745. I orders 3 cashmere and merino crew neck jumpers on 14/11. I received two items on the order promptly however they looked threadbare in places and poor quality . I think the cashmere mixed with Merino just doesn’t work in this case. I returned these with the prepaid label. Nobody contacted me to confirm receipt and refund, so needed to call and check that the items had been refunded . The third item in the order was received much later on 25/11 with the same issue but also a stain on the front of the jumper so needed to return. However as this was sent out separately to the original order there was no returns label included. Had to call again. They informed me that they didn’t have a system to email me a label or QR code and now have to wait 4 days for a returns label to be posted to me by snail mail which will delay my refund. Just a lot of needless hassle. I have to say though that my phone calls were answered promptly.
Woolovers has been sending brochures via post to my personal address which I have never asked for nor have I authorised them to do so - since July I've been asking them to stop this but they keep on sending them so I keep on receiving unwanted advertisement. I. Addition this is not sustainable. Furthermore, they do not confirm which data they have about me and how they are using it. It's a company that is not taking data issues seriously, not even the Data Protection Officer who was copied in all emails. Avoid this company!
Référence commande : 8248675 passée le 15.11.2024. Débité sur compte bancaire le 15.11.2024. Suivi du colis qui précise que le colis est toujours en UK malgré un signalement d'arrivée à Amsterdam puis retour en Uk ? signalé à Woolovers sans réponse de leur part. Depuis le Brexit, délais de livraison inacceptable. Aujourd'hui je ne sais pas si mon colis est en UE ou en UK.
Amazing Customer Service! I had some questions about the Aran Cotigan and a lovely lady called Sophie was more than helpful with telling me with the different colours of them and helping me find a beautiful scarf to go with! I recommend this company to everyone and I sing the customer services praises. Thank you!

THIS EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN AWFUL. WHEN I ORDERED I HAD NO IDEA THAT THE GLOVES WERE WOMENS GLOVES/SIZES, A REP SENT ME AN AD SHOWING A WOMAN BUT THE AD I SAW DIDNT HAVE THAT. ITS BEEN INCONVENIENT TO DRIVE FAR, BUY LABELS, AND NOW WAIT FOR A REFUND FOR AN ITEM NOT MEANT FOR A MALE. I SAY ITS SHADY ADVERTISING AND SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY. I SHOULD BE GETTING MY REFUND SOON AND NOT BE PUT THROUGH FURTHER INCONVENIENCE - AND DELAY.. Ordered a denim shirt & a sleeveless cardigan (the items are expensive) I like them but my only gripe is that I’ve worn the cardigan twice & it’s starting to ‘bobble’
I used to love Woolovers, but their cashmerino is made from very weak thread and all seven of my garments are now riddled with holes, including a brand new one! This morning I received the rudest most dismissive email from customer services, in reply to flagging this up with them I get “It’s moth” “it’s your washing products” both of which are demonstrably false. Good to know they don’t care. Hey ho, M&S have upped their game this year, I guess it’s back to them.
I've just received my first order from WoolOvers, and I must say, I'm delighted. I try to buy locally where possible, but it's getting near impossible to find clothes in natural fibres. Here I found an excellent choice in my size, and my order was delivered within a couple of days.
Ordered a sweater which was really good quality but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I returned it on Friday to replace with correct size. I have been msgd to say replacement is on its way Monday. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
Used the phone, quite a quick response. First time purchased from Woolovers, the lady who took my order was efficient and pleasant (despite a very slight awkwardness understanding each other), my order was taken and an acknowledgement sent back to me within minutes.
Used this company 2 weeks ago ordered Sunday delivered Wednesday, very happy and with product. Ordered 2 more items this Sunday, nothing arrived and no confirmation items dispatched. Just called , first call , there was a lot of silence, said they would send another confirmation email (I already have that!) then said it took 3-5 days… today is day 5 and as I have no despatch note I guess it’s not going to arrive today. Said he was looking into it and after 5 minutes silence and no response to my speaking I hung up and called again. Told same thing but this time ‘procedure’ is that I have to wait 5 days before they can investigate. Ridiculous ! If they can’t even tell me if and when it was despatched what difference will a day make? So the good service has now been overshadowed with poor customer service. If it hasn’t been despatched, fine , just tell me! I’ve spent a lot of money and just wanted to know the current position and there hadn’t been a mistake!
