Good service to use untill a real issue came. I ordered and paid for the item in September. After 3 week of awaiting it, I constantly followed up about it status. Different replies were received from "we will contact the head office" or "the delivery is scheduled from 15 Oct to 8 Nov". Nothing happended as of 8 Nov. The final follow up resulted in the item cancellation message with refund. This message did contain my details, greetings or apologies for 2 months waiting and spending my time and efforts. Poor customer service practices I've ever experienced.
The customer service is helpful and seems to genuinely care about your experience. Communication went well, they packed my parcel well, and it arrived as expected. The web app is organized logically and is easy to navigate. I think the commission fees are reasonable too, although their existence encourages buying fewer high-value items than more low-value items. My only main point of criticism would be to develop more advanced automation on their backend for making external site (e.g. Mercari) purchases after you mark your intent to buy them. This only happened once out of the ~40 products I bought, but there was a strange delay (few hours), by the end of which the item was already out of stock. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service and would recommend it to most others buying from Japan, perhaps unless the average price of your purchases is something particularly low like 100 yen or so.

I was concerned about the packing of my rare Micro Seiki DD-100 Turntable. The team at Zenmarket did a phenomenal job or separately packaging the dust cover, platter and main turntable body to avoid damage during shipping. Outstanding job!
Update: Konto wurde nun gesperrt, weil ich mich beschwert habe und bei PayPal nach Hilfe gefragt habe. Absolute nicht empfehlenswert. Schlechte bis keine Beratung. Laut Support gibt es keine Beratung. Rückfragen werden mit einem "Ja passt alles" bestätigt, ohne das Anliegen zu prüfen. hab hier knapp 100€ verschwendet, den Artikel kann ich leider nicht zurück geben, da er aus Japan kommt. @Antwort: Nein möchten Sie nicht, ich schreibe aktive mit ihnen und Sie weisen alle Schuld von sich und bezichten mich der Lüge. Außerdem ignorieren Sie Nachrichten und Lesen nur das was SIE möchten.
I've ordered two parcels using Zenmarket, the first one did not arrive in the estimated arrival time of 1-2 weeks, so I messaged Zenmarket about it and told that I'd have to wait another 45 days before they could investigate it. Thats fine, I waited 45 days and it still did not come. I messaged them on the 45th day and they said that it would take another 1-2 months for the investigation to conclude and for the parcel to either be found and sent to me, or to recieve a refund. Okay, that's when I raised some flags about how I had already been waiting a while and it was getting quite frustrating. I waited for 1 month before messaging again to ask if there had been any updates on the investigation and I was told it'd take several months more. Seriously frustrating and I'm considering taking the route of a credit card chargeback instead as it would be quicker. I don't know if this is how all missing parcel investigations go but I would be careful. I had ordered a second parcel too and that arrived, it was well packaged and it would be difficult for something to break with how tightly everything was packed, so that was good.

I've now made several purchases through ZenMarket and have had various parcels sent to me. Their customer service has been exceptional. For one of my parcels, I had originally chosen DHL shipping, as I have usually done on packages shipped from Japan. However, because I had ordered a T-shirt from Mercari, I was unaware that it might cause customs issues with DHL since it was second hand and not from a store. A Customer Service Representative reached out to me almost immediately to let me know that if I stayed with DHL as my shipping option, my package ran a high chance of being seized or returned. For that, I am very grateful and I was able to change my shipping method to one that would ensure my package would be safe. All my items have always been expertly packaged and I have never had anything lost or damaged in the shipping process. I have seen a few negative reviews/experiences here and there, but I think that is bad luck. And of course whenever we have a bad experience, we are going to be upset and likely be loud about it. I am content with ZenMarket's service and am happy to continue using them.

buying process is a little clunky but after wining the auction I was able to track the parcel easily , freight cost was cheaper than I have paid through sites like Buyee . The packaging of the item was the best I have ever seen

Comentar que siempre respondían a mis emails de ruegos de info acerca de mi pedido, pidiéndome siempre más paciencia y tiempo de espera a que llegase el paquete “perdido” a sus almacenes y a día de hoy me encuentro que el seguro ya no cubre por pasar X tiempo, y partir de ahí ya no tengo mas mensajes por parte de ZenMarket…
