Dec 11,2024Unfortunately on my recent car hire experience, I pranged the car causing some damage. Luckily, I had paid the extra insurance premium so I knew I was covered. However, to process the claim, the insurance company required some paperwork from the local car hire company, who steadfastly refused to respond to my requests for this paperwork. Zest Car Rental could not have been more supportive when I approached them for help. They immediately contacted the local company and were quickly able to get the additional information and my claim was successfully processed. Zest’s customer service could not have been better, was hugely appreciated, and stands out in today’s world - sadly - as a noticeable exceptionally positive experience. I’m very grateful

Dec 11,2024Very competitive car hire, all insurance liabilities and cover included and explained clearly. Pick up and drop off were easy and straight forward, no after 20.00 charges for pick up and no forced transponder rental, when we didn't need to use the toll road.

Dec 09,2024This is the 2nd time we have booked with this company in approximately 2 months. The booking system is easy to use, it states clearly that you don't need to pay for any extra insurance when you collect your car, and we wasn't asked when we collected our hire car from Keygo rent. We have used other companies and had frightening experiences with airport hire car companies in Spain but rest assured we have found Zest to be the best! We will be booking again very soon.

Dec 09,2024First time user of Zest for car hire. Location Knock airport - West of Ireland. (4day hire 25-29 Nov 2024. Created an account and found the booking process simple and easy. Price competitive. Selected car of choice with Hertz. ON arrival Hertz agent Peter (at airport) helpful and presented the paperwork and instructions of hire. All went well. Car returned to airport. Met another agent. Vehicle check complete and satisfactory. No hard sell and Zest provide good insurance cover in its package. Would use Zest again, and Hertz were equal too. Good outcomes for the customer.
