Jan 21,2025From start to finish the whole booking process was clear and simple! I felt comfortable with the fact that Zest have a 24/7 manned helpline in the UK. When I picked up the car at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport the whole process was extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely use Zest again and would highly recommend them!

Jan 20,2025Rental office in Carvoeiro meant no pick up or drop off fees. In fact, the lady manager picked me up from the hotel and took me back the end of the rental. The office had all the information from Zest and the hire fee included excess insurance and an additional driver.

Jan 20,2025The customer service is phenomenal. Our representative, Fabio was professional and communicative. He contacted us when we arrived as we were running late due to a flight delay then a delay with the baggage. The process to collect the car was efficient and seamless. On the return, he even contacted us to reconfirm the time of the drop-off and even inquired whether we needed an earlier drop-off (it was already scheduled for 6am) and he was ready to come in earlier should we need it!!

Jan 17,2025Update from last review. Offered cheapest car hire. There was a minor problem with the car when I had it, tyre pressure sensor. Cost me hours to figure out tyres were ok. Told the rental co & kept the car. Rental company still charged me extra for returning the car 15mins early. I complained to Zest and they fixed it; got that money back. I never expected that. Great. Would highly recommend Zest.

Jan 17,2025If I could give less than 1star I would, this company defended a renter called Felirent in Palermo Sicily, who defrauded me with damage charge's that were non existent, along with very aggressive confrontational behaviour, took unauthorized and not agreed payment from my card after we had left the country. Zest didn't care , would not read the Google reviews for that location, simply defended the hire companies fraudulent activity, chargeback from my banks fraud unit was not even contested, that says everything! Avoid this company they care little for customers, only shady rental locations that pay them commission, I have travelled extensively for many years and rented around the world, this is the only problem I have had like this that nether company would not take any responsibility for criminal activity in their name! Poor service all round, will never use them again! Update 22/1/2025, I gave this company every chance to look at this situation properly, the reply below is a load of crud as I had contacted them many times both on the phone, emails, messages, they just sided with the rental company again, quoting their own internal satisfaction rating without looking properly at unfiltered external information that they were directed to! Oh and they have not contacted me since their reply to this at all, I guess they didn't document my original complaint properly!

Jan 17,2025I hired a mini bus from Zest in October 2024 We was a little worried on how the hire would work out, before we left the UK we had a phone call just to confirm our arrival,but on arrivalat Faro the van was in the car park waiting for us, we paid in advance for the toll charges that allowed us to use the motorways freely. On our departure at the airport the drop off was just as easy. We are going to Portugal again in May 2025 and fully intend to use Zest hire P Duffus
