Jan 12,2025Making the booking was very easy and the cost of hire was very competitive. Contact with Zest office staff when needed was very helpful and pleasant. Dollar hire car was better than expected as was the collection process with Dollar, Orlando. Return of car was quite painless.

On every occasion that I have used them they have provided the vehicle as specified, in a clean and roadworthy condition and with any extras (for example GPS nav system and toll pass) supplied as requested. The pick up and return processes are simple and there are no hidden costs. They offer value for money and I will continue to use them when I travel to Portugal.

Jan 05,2025Friendly staff at Faro airport collection desk and no long queue. The car was in good condition and ran well for my hire period. Unfortunately I accidentally locked the keys in the boot and had to call someone to rescue me with a spare set of keys to unlock the car. A reasonable charge was made for this and I was kept informed as to his arrival time.
