Dec 31,2024Starting with the website, the ease of booking was great, the filter options made it so easy. Booking options were also brilliant. Before leaving I received a message to arrange the online booking saving me any delays on arrival. The rental supplier were amazing. No delays, super friendly and what's most important I find is genuine, no salesman tacts or tricks. Car was perfect and returning took eds than 5mins. All in all I would gladly use this service every time. Best rental company in Europe

Dec 31,2024Clean car, easy and quick handover with car being at the terminal, photos taken by them prior to leaving the site, I normally do it myself so saved me a job. Second time using Zest, will use again next time too!

Dec 27,2024We hired a car in Turkey through Zest in October and have received an appalling service from both the rental company and Zest. Once we arrived in Turkey, the process of collecting the car was extremely poor and then we were charged an additional £500 for insurance, even though this had already been purchased through Zest at the time of the booking. We were told by the rental company at collection that this was because our credit cards did not work (however it worked everywhere else) and the car had no petrol in it. Since this, we have contacted Zest for assistance and they have not followed up on versions of the truth, but instead have informed us that we were charged as we did not provide a driving license, which is absolutely not the case. Zest are being incredibly unhelpful and are not offering any sort of resolution. We have been overcharged, deceived and it almost ruined our holiday. I would not recommend using Zest to anyone!!

Dec 21,2024I can't recommend a car rental agency more highly! These guys are very friendly and helpful, and all of their terms and conditions policies and costs are very clearly and explicitly stated upfront! Definitely recommended. I've rented a lot internationally both from the big name rental companies and from smaller companies, and I typically find that smaller companies have better rates on the surface but then they nail you with a bunch of extras that aren't clear in the description. That is not the case at all with this company. Their information on the booking website makes it very clear exactly what is and is not included, and exactly how much any additions will cost. So there is no upsell selling, and they were very reasonable on marking previous damage, not trying to squeeze more money out of you. I booked through zest car rentals and got an incredible rate that way, so that is a recommended route to booking with these guys. Thanks again

Dec 20,2024Unfortunately the hire car was keyed when parked overnight. We had to pay the excess when we dropped off the car. Never quite sure how well making a claim might be however we made a claim on line (which was a bit of a faff) and they paid is in full within 2 weeks of submitting the claim
