Dec 02,2021As we have gotten older and have more time and resources, we have been using Zicasso to find agents/luxury tours in places we do not know (or know well). After reading what we are interested in doing/seeing, they send two agencies who give us a preliminary intro. Then I talk to both groups, spend some back and forth, select one and then work together on the ultimate trip. This has worked for us on 6 completed trips (India, China, Australia, Argentina, Sicily, Greece) in the past 10 or so years (with two more in limbo until the countries open- New Zealand, Israel). We have been very satisfied with the level of service and will use Zicasso again.

We have travelled with Zicasso to New Zealand, Tahiti, Patagonia, Poland and Iceland in past but this trip was icing on the cake. Five stars all the way. Kudos

Nov 30,2021I loved working with Zicasso. Such a clever concept. I spoke to three separate travel agents about specifics for the trip. All three designed separate itineraries for me and I chose the one I liked the best. The zicasso agent checked in on me half way through the process to make sure the travel agents were responsive and I needed to have other agents contact me. It was a great pleasure working with this service and I will be using it in the future.

When I wanted to plan a unique african safari for my 40th wedding anniversary, I contacted Zicasso on the recommendation of a friend. The company put me in touch with three travel agents with extensive experience arranging such trips. After talking to all three I picked the one that really listened to what we wanted and planned the perfect safari for us. It was the adventure of a lifetime. We never would have found this agent without Zicasso.

Nov 24,2021My Experience nce to Greece was one I only thought I could dream about. I stumbled upon socas so ok a whim and it was the best thing that could have happened for my trip. Zicasso paired me with two different treacle agents and they both surpassed my needs in every way. Not only did each travel agent touch everything I needed but stayed within my budget!!! Zicasso touched bases with me making sure travel agents that were chose reached out.Ultimately I chose be a Greek and the only thing I could say was the company owes me nothing they exceeded every expectation and made my trip personable and one I will never forget!!

This is a perfect way to begin the search for a travel agency and then customize the trip you want in all the corners of the world. Do it! We spent 2 weeks in Italy. Zicasso connected us with an agency that selected wonderful boutique hotels, interesting tours, excellent drivers and guides, and made suggestions in our itinerary to enhance our experience. Just great. We will definitely use Zicasso again and have recommended it to many friends who are considering travel outside the USA.

Nov 20,2021This was our first time using the services of Zicasso. We really had no idea what to expect, but liked the concept of having vetted travel agencies in the area we were headed. We contacted three agencies and landed with a company that did a fantastic job customizing a trip for us. Thanks to COVID it took two years for that trip to happen and the agent stuck with us to make it come together. We will definitely use Zicasso's services again.

Nov 20,2021Zicasso was extremely helpful in identifying several tour companies that allowed me to create my trip 2 week trip to Machu Pichu, the Amazon and Galapagos Islands. Without Zicasso I doubt that I would have found these small specialty tour companies.

Nov 13,2021Zicasso helped us arrange a near perfect trip to France where we spent three weeks. The accomodations, guides and suggestions were excellent. The itinerary, which included multiple train transfers were flawless. This trip was scheduled pre-COVID and delayed two years. Still, the over all plan held up and our local trip manager was able to overcome the few pandemic relates problems that did occur.

Nov 11,2021This is the second time we have booked a private tour with Zicasso. We had such a great experience with them when we booked a tour to Croatia in 2019 that using them again for booking our second tour was a no brainer. Their website is very user friendly and highly informational. They work with first rate travel companies in many countries and so far we have had wonderful tours. Highly recommended, particularly if you are interested in a custom private tour.

Nov 11,2021This is the second time that we have used Zicasso to recommend a travel specialist for our personal tours. We first used them in 2018 for a trip to Morocco, which was a wonderful experience. We decided to contact them to plan a safari trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe. Because of Covid it was postponed for a year, and the specialists made sure to handle all the extra logistics that we encountered. We will definitely use and continue to recommend Zicasso to everyone who wants a personalized travel experience.

Nov 09,2021Thank you Zicasso. Our tour of Greece from September 19th 2021 until September 29th included Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. They are all different and I would not have missed any one of them. Our trip was amazing and seamless. Zicasso’s assistance with this trip was above our expectations. We originally booked the trip In May of 2020 but because of Covid we needed to rebook 4 times. Zicasso’s agent was able to rebook the trip every time without any additional fees. One of the many things I liked about using Zicasso is that their agent listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions and then we would agree on a plan and he would put it in place. The connections and transfers were easy. The hotels he booked were amazing and the excursions were memorable. I booked the trip for six people, my wife and friends. At the end the trip they could not thank me enough. I told them all, the thanks go to the travel agency. When I started the process to book the trip to Greece I tried myself. I then contacted two other travel agencies in the US and they could not do anything close to what Zicasso did. They just did not have the knowledge. I also found it was less expensive and less stressful to hire the Zicasso team, and also to get the perfect trip. . I will no longer try to book my own vacations, Zicasso did it better and cheaper than I can do. I have already booked a trip to France in 2022, Zicasso suggested two of their agents each send me sample itineraries both itineraries were great but a little different I have now finalized a fabulous trip with Zicasso for France . Because Greece was so amazing we decided to go back next September . We will be contacting Zicasso to visit some of the other Greek Islands.

Nov 02,2021We could not have imagined the trip that our team designed for us. This trip was our honeymoon, therefore we wanted top of the line accommodations, private services and experiences to be remembered. This team did just that, and more if you can believe it! I initially reached out with a specific itinerary in mind and was convinced to try a different area and part of the beautiful country of Greece. We could not have been happier with the recommendation and the experience had overall. The team was responsive, attentive and took the time to really understand what it was that we were looking for. They didn't only worry about our trip, they worried about getting to know us as people in order to make better recommendations. The trip fulfilled all of our wants and needs, and more with some great surprises along the way. We started our trip on Corfu, in which we had the best driver to show us around! He met us at the airport, right on time, and delivered us to our couples massage. What could be better than starting with a massage after a long flight? This was a surprise by our team, a very welcomed surprise! We were then taken to our accommodation, the Eva Palace, where we were met by the kindest people who made sure that we had everything we needed. The next day we were greatly surprised when we found out that breakfast, dinner and drinks were part of our package!! Needless to say, we enjoyed many drinks by the most beautiful pool there with views that are to die for. We had the nicest room at the resort and a balcony with the best view of both the sunrise and sunset! We took a tour to Paxos and Antipaxos during our stay in Corfu and also did an old town food and wine tour. Our guide for our walking food and wine tour lived right in old town and had so much information and history to share with us. Our entire experience of Corfu definitely set the bar high for our next locations. After experiencing what we had already, we were excited to move on to the next because we knew it would not be disappointing! After leaving Corfu, we headed to Lefkada for our next island adventure. Here were stayed at the very trendy Crystal Waters resort with more beautiful pools, accommodating people and lots of great food at this location! We loved that this location was close to town and we could walk to the supermarket to get anything we needed, we had some great restaurants in walking distance and it gave us the ability to explore a bit. The pools were not only stunning but the swim up bar was a great added bonus here! It really gave you that island resort type of feel and our room was amazing as well. We had a private romantic poolside dinner at a local resort with all of the most traditional and delicious offerings in Greece! Next up was our private boat tour that was probably the highlight of our entire trip. We were supposed to have a semi private cruise but Covid had other ideas about that. I explained to my travel agents that boats and time on the water is very important to me, so they made sure to arrange something unforgettable. This tour with a local was full of history, full of adventure and full of fun! We visited different islands surrounding, stopped and had some espresso at a windmill cafe, swam in a plethora of different beach areas and could not stop smiling. The scenery, the weather and our guide were all perfect making for an absolutely perfect day! Once we packed up in Lefkada, we were then headed to Kefalonia. Did you know that the island of Kefalonia frequently experiences earthquakes? We didn't either, and we were surprised to learn that upon arrival. Maybe we were more nervous that we would experience an earthquake while there, but there was nothing to be concerned with! Here on Kefalonia we spent an entire day on a driving tour learning all about the island, the history, the architecture, and the big earthquake of 1953. We drove almost the entire island and visited churches, castles, beaches, farms, vineyards and more. There is so much to see here, so much history to appreciate and our driver was absolutely outstanding! It was very important to me that we also head to Zakynthos while on Kefalonia due to the proximity being so close. We took a ferry to Zakynthos for the day and were met by our private driver for a day of adventuring. We also had a private boat tour in the second half of the afternoon to visit Shipwreck beach and the Blue Caves. Wow is all that I can say about this island. The rockscape on the shore is breathtaking, the fact that every herb and flower we love grows wild there was so cool. We visited a local family farm, did some wine tasting and olive oil tasting and gained a true appreciation for the land and how it is used. We did so much more but I am going over my allowed characters! Get yourself to Greece as soon as you can and enjoy all of the beauty and splendor that awaits!
