This gave us the ability to choose a travel agent who understood what we wanted to see and how we wanted to travel. Oct 11,2021I want to give a Big Shout Out to My Travel Agent and Friend Seetha Ramanathan of Curated Greece Travel Agency... We worked on Our Greece Trip for Months and She was Incredibly Patient and Diligent with the Many changes I made along the way... Her Recommendations and Suggestions for Hotels and Tours were Spot On... She arranged for all are Transfers from place to place mostly in Mercedes Limos and Cars.. Put us in Premium Class Seats on the Ferries and inter Island Planes... She Met us at the Athens Airport along with our Driver to make Sure we had Everything we needed including printing out the itinerary and contacts at every place we were going... Called and Emailed Us a Few Times and arranged Great Tours at all 3 Destinations! The Final Above and Beyond the Call of Duty was when She arranged a Dr to come to our Hotel in Santorini and perform the Mandatory Covid Test to Re Enter the United States... Karen Boch and I Absolutely Love Seetha and Highly Recommend Her to Anyone thinking of Visiting Greece Now or in the Future! 👍😎🇬🇷❤️

Oct 07,2021This is our 3rd trip planned through Zicasso & it’s travel agents. Prior to each trip we had the opportunity to interview 2-3 potential tour agencies that specialized in the specific country we were touring. After we selected our agent for our recent trip we reviewed our expectations and the specific details with our agent. She provided a suggested daily itinerary & offered some additional side trips which proved to be the hi lights of our trip. Every detail was discussed and we agreed on the itinerary. We received an overview of the trip with a daily agenda as to tours, guides & drivers names , along with their contact information, as well as our hotel information. The travel agent was available to make last minute changes & provided extraordinary service before, during & after our trip. The boutique hotels they selected were perfect, great locations, & excellent service. All of our guides were professional, insightful, & informative. The drivers were courteous, timely, & respectful of our schedules. We are extremely pleased with the service Zicasso provides & will continue to use them when planning future trips.

Oct 06,2021Zicasso received over $6100/ person from five of us for air travel to Australia in October 2020. The pandemic hit and everything was cancelled. The five of us have been struggling for 18 months to get our monies. Will never use them again and the fight continues.

Sep 25,2021This is the second time we used Zicasso for our travels plans. First was to go to Iceland and the second, completed on September 12, 2021 to Turkey. We find Zicasso to be an excellent platform as it connects you to two of their best travel agents in the country you want to travel to. You pick the one that resonates most with you. For us in both Iceland and Turkey, the travel agents were excellent. Knowledgeable, great in planning, leaving no details to chance with exceptional guides. In Turkey we had the same guide for 14 days - I can't describe how valuable that was as she listened to every need of our and therefore excellent at delivering exceptional results. There were no surprises and they got ahead of potential schedule changes etc driven by weather before we even knew of an issue.

Sep 15,2021Our recent trip to Africa was great. All the arrangements for transportation, places to stay, and great game drives were already arranged for us. Even the COVID-19 tests that we were required to take were arranged and caused very interference with our vacation. We saw a lot of animals and were taken care of. The Picasso partner did a great job.

Aug 17,2021We have traveled twice now with Zicasso and have had wonderful experiences each time. This past trip to Iceland was spectacular. We flew into Reykjavik and headed to our beautiful first stop, Hotel Grimsborgir. The next day we spent kayaking in a glacial lagoon (not technically a lagoon we learned...😉)and trekking on the glacier. This definitely got my 14 yo twins saying "Wow! OMG!" over and over again. We followed that up with snorkeling between the North American and Eurasian continents. OMG that was cold but totally worth it! Did some hiking that afternoon to end out that day. Over the next few days we did a lot of driving from one gorgeous sight to the next. We enjoyed horseback riding on the Icelandic horses and caught a glimpse of a few whales on our tour as well. The trip out to Drangey Island to see the puffins had an unexpectedly fun hike and a great guide with cool Icelandic bedtime stories for kids. Not sure the stories would make me sleep easier...most were about witches and trolls. We did both Sky Lagoon and Blue Lagoon and I would say, Blue Lagoon is an absolute must. We ate at the restaurant, Lava that night and, well it's good but not as good as it is $$$. We also enjoyed the Inside the Volcano tour and met some really fun folks on that tour. Wonderful stew at the end of that hike! The very best thing we did, was something we added on at the end. After we arrived to Iceland we decided we really wanted to try and see the erupting volcano. Our guide with 50 Degrees North was on top of it and got us a wonderful tour set up. We did have to wait for an hour and a half in the fog, but we saw massive eruptions of magma and cooled lava paths. Simply an unmatched experience. We did have a couple small issues with tours that got scheduled on a wrong day, but we also had a wonderful guide who solved all our little problems quickly and wonderfully. Brilliant trip all around

I trusted the site to keep my contact information safe, and continued communication with us as we spoke with different agencies in the country we wanted to visit. We loved the agent we booked with, but they only serve part of Europe. So when we want to travel to another part of the world, we'll definitely use Zicasso again to find agencies in other countries and regions.

Oct 29,2021We learned about Zicasso from a friend. What a find! With their assistance we were connected with the best travel specialist we have ever had. Zicasso’s air travel assistance was excellent, especially since we were Covid delayed for a year and had several flight changes. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely use Zicasso again.
